Dr. Olsen performed a percutaneous vertebroplasty on my fractured T12 vertebra on 7 April 2021. Technical difficulty accessing my MRI file caused nearly a two hour delay. Dr. Olsen and his team persevered to complete the procedure. They apologized over and over for the delay and thanked me for my patience. They were perfectly professional, accommodating and thorough. They explained the procedure in complete detail and answered every question my wife and I had. I hope I never have to, but I would drive 200 miles to have Dr. Olsen operate on me if I needed it. I could not be more satisfied with the service of Dr. Olsen and his team.
