This doctor has horrible bedside manner, is rude, short and does not spend time with the patient to understand your needs. He ordered the most invasive tests known to diagnose a possible bladder issue and chalked it off as a simple routine procedure that would not hurt. This is not true. Other reviews show similar issues with this doctor which is also well known to the imaging staff. See Dr. Garvin instead. Could not have been any nicer to deal with. He was professional, friendly and informative.

Dr. Moeller performed a TURP surgery at Harrison Hospital. Very pleased with results. Easy to work with and very professional. Walked me through all the options and impressed me with his experience.

1) He's arrogant, rude and can be cruel. Also, I was referred to him for a prostate biopsy which is very painful (12-24 needles into the gland). When asked if he would perform another PSA test before doing the biopsy, he said, "No!". I went to a much better top doc at UW who did the PSA test again and definitely recommended against doing a biopsy saying a number of men have PSA's that naturally go up and down. That was exactly the case---no cancer!

Dr. Moeller is very difficult to work with and has extreem trouble with communication. He was impatient and seemed overwhelmed every time I had to interact with him. He was angry and stomping around post OP complaining outloud that all his partners left for vacation and stuck him to work "All alone!" He yelled out to the whole bay, " I'm all alone here and you girls could be MORE helpful to me!" As his patient, I was horrified by his unprofessional behavior! I felt vulnerable and unsafe...I thank the nurses for holding things together and sorting out the chaos he created! This man saved my Dad's prostate from cancer, fixed my ex husband (which saved the world from countless illegitimate children) fixed numerous friends husbands as well. Thank you for saving lives, saving the world and saving marriages!

I have spent the last two years under the care of another urologist, who had no bedside manner, no understanding nor compation or spent any time with me explaining what was going on with my prostate and bladder. He made several “missed calls” (in my opinion). I finally decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Randall Moeller. He immediately located the the possible issues on my first visit, and set me at ease, mostly by chatting with me and explaining everything. I had my second appointment with him today. He came in to the room totally prepared and found out within 2 minutes what are causing my issues and ten minutes later he had a step by step plan for me. More was done for me in two visits than in two years’ worth of visits to my last guy ( I’m still kicking myself). I recommend Dr. Moeller totally. I also want to give a shout out to his nurse, Dawn. Even before meeting the good doctor she let me know that I was going to like him and he would be the exact opposite of my previous urologist. Very true. Good riddance to Dr Meoller!! This Dr does not have one ounce of compassion, has ZORO social skills, and is impatient. I took my 89 year old father in for his routine 6 month appointment (which happened to be after a hospital stay, where he was treated for water retention due to heart and kidney failure, and returned home on hospice). I kept this appointment just so that I could ask a few questions about possible medications that would relieve my dads extreme discomfort (and lack of sleep) from having to get up 6 or more times a night to urinate. Dr Mueller was short, rude, and literally asked us why we were there. That there was nothing he could do for my dad. He said "I am a SURGEON, there is nothing more I can do about his prostate cancer. His demise will be due to his heart and kidney condition." It was more than obvious that we were wasting his time. Well, let me say that HE was wasting OUR time (what precious time and energy my dad has left). He is an arrogant @$!#%&. I feel sorry for the other souls that come to him for help. I was so angry and felt SO bad for my dad...that he had to endure this kind of attitude when he is dying. Again, good riddance to this so-called "professional"! I was treated by Dr Moeller in St Joseph Mo from 1985 until he left the area. I was his youngest bladder cancer patient. This man with the help of my Lord and Savior saved my life. He new of an experimental drug called BCG that I chose to try which was the end to my bladder cancer. To this day I'm cancer free and enjoying my life. Good riddance to Dr Meoller! This Dr does not have much compassion, very little social skills and is impatient. I kept my 89 year old father's routine 6 month appointment (after a hospiral stay where he came home on hospice), to ask a few questions about possible medications that would relieve discomfort (and lack of leep) due to frequent urination at night. It was obvious he felt we were wasting his time, and stated dads "demise, would be from heart and kidney failure". No kindness, no goodbye.

Saw me in hospital & in his office. Both times very professional, extremely competent, amicable, easy to talk with. Very highly recommend. Pleased my physician called Dr Moeller to help me.
