Waukesha office and staff excellent. Wauwatosa location old and very outdated. Limited parking. Will not go back to that location. Very satisfied with Dr McDaniel and staff.

Initially everything seemed excellent. They assured me that they checked with my insurance and my cost out of pocket cost of treatment is $500. A year later, I received a bill from them for about $2,800. When I called, they said your insurance refused to pay, you need to deal with it. Additionally, the doctor prescribed me medication, and never told me that it's addicting and that getting off of it must be done gradually. To make it worse, I had to move out of state for work, and they refused to refill my prescription. When I called and told them that I am out of the medication and the earliest I cant get the medication refilled by another doctor will be a few weeks, they said as far as we are concerned, you are not under our care any more because you are out of state. This is the law! ... I stated several times that I just can't get off the medicine without gradually reducing my dose, and no regard was given to that. Now I will have to find an urgent care doctor who will understand the situation and prescribe me the pills and help me get off them. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I asked them to provide me this answer in writing and they said you can send a fax asking for that and we will see if we can respond.
