My son has been a patient of Dr Lout for over 10 years. We are so happy with the friendly gentle treatment he receives. We highly recommend Dr Lout and everyone at Valley Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Lout has been seening my kids since 2010 I believe. We moved to central phoenix, and we make the drive to east mesa just because this office and Dr. Lout are that amazing!! My kids get excited when I tell them they have a dentist appointment! We love this office and will continue to go here until we can't no more!

We've been seeing Dr. Lout for the last 15 years. It is always a pleasure. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Lout is always amazing and makes everyone feel comfortable.

Love this pediatric dental office! The staff, Dr. Lout and Dr. Ash are very patient with the kiddos. We have always had a great experience.

Dr Lout is the BEST ! My son broke his two front teeth and he did an amazing job fixing them. My son was so tearful when it happened and scarred of how they were going to be fixed, Dr Lout explained everything and took the time to make him feel comfortable during the procedure.

Dr. Lout and his staff have been wonderful for the 10+ years we’ve been with them!

Professional efficient very helpful and caring office staff front and back. Minimum wait time. Dr. Lout has cared for my son,who is now 17 ,since age 2. Soft spoken kind gentleman who knows his field well. My son can have high anxiety but he has never been scared at the office or with Dr. Lout. I wish I could have him as my dentist!

Today, as a nervous parent I walked into the office for my 5 year old to have a pulpotomy with Dr. Lout (who I have never met). In the waiting room, I was already calmed by a parent who started conversation that her son who is 18 has gone to this dentist since they were 6! From the moment we stepped into the office, the dental assistants were so welcoming and calm. My daughter didn't have a nervous bone in her body. Dr. Lout came in and introduced himself to us. He was so kind and positive in a kid friendly manner. I was honestly impressed how we were treated and how amazing the experience was to parents unsure of what was about to happen. I HIGHLY suggest Valley Pediatrics. MY DAUGHTER NOW LOVES THE DENTIST!

We were new patients. My first impression- They have a kiosk to sign in with mounted up in the waiting room that completely violates HIPPA by showing on a nice big bright screen all of our private information to the entire rest of the waiting room. It had no privacy screen by the way. What made us leave before getting seen was we were already 15 minutes past appointment time there in the waiting room( mind you, ours was at 8:15 and being one of the first appointments there in the morning they should not have already been struggling to get us back on time) others arrived after us and immediately got seen before the parent was even done filling out the kiosk. I went up to the lady at counter and asked how much longer until we get seen and she gave us the general answer of , “oh it will only be a few more minutes” okay.. I know this. But can you check and give me a real estimated time? Some people schedule all of their doctor appointments on the same day so they do not miss much work because they can’t afford to. I went back up to the counter to cancel our appointment where the lady didn’t by any means try and fix the situation by seeing when we would actually get a call back. But she did ask when we would like to reschedule.... We were new patients. In response to previous review. Thank you for expressing your concerns about our pediatric practice. We see our first patients at 7AM in the morning, the reason why numerous families are in the waiting room at 8AM. Sorry that you were unhappy with your experience. We wish you all the best!????

Amazing! Dr. Lout was very gentle and kind with my daughter which allowed her to trust him to do the work that need to be done.

Wonderful office! I have been taking my kids here for 15 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They make the kids feel at ease no matter what their age. Sadly my son will turn 18 soon and won't be able to go to this office any longer. I highly recommend this office if you are in need of a pediatric dentist!

Dr. Lout is amazing. So is Dr. Ash. They listen and are very gentle with our little ones. Their calm demeanor and knowledge help the children to stay calm and relaxed. The staff and Hygienists are also very pleasant. I have been taking my children to Dr. Lout for 24 years. I am a hard sell and if I find someone good and they earn my trust then I stay with them.

Dr. Lout was recommended to me by our pediatrician, and what a great recommendation it was! Dr. Lout and his staff are amazing! They all truly care about their patients and make my son feel relaxed, at ease, happy, and even excited to be there. We always look forward to going to our dental checkups. Everyone there is phenomenal with kids, including the front desk. They take the time to talk and interact with the children. I wouldn’t take my son anywhere else. We love Dr. Lout and his staff!

Front office admins are always a pleasure to see. Always make you feel welcomed. They are quick and efficient. My child has been going here since she was 18 months old. Even though this office is technically out of network with our current Dental insurance, we will not change. Thank you

We have been bringing our 3 boys to Valley Pediatric Dentists for about 10 years now and it has always been a great experience. The staff is always friendly, professional, and positive with their interactions with the kids and parents. I highly recommend their office!
