The Doctor is nice but the dental hygienist was really rude and that’s why I do is not go with him to get my teeth done! She treated me like a little kid and I’m not down with that!! I expect to be treated with respect for the amount of money I have paid I went somewhere else to have my teeth fixed and they were super nice!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lonsbrough for over 20 years. I moved away from SLO and tried to go to another Doctor and they could not compete with Dr. Lonsborough's skill and compassion. I now travel to see him so I can continue to get the best care. I had many issues with my bite that caused so much pain and impacted my quality of life. I believe his care saved my life. I have needed implants and his are the best. I started an implant with another Doctor and it did not go well. I went back to Dr. Lonsbrough and he took good care of me. Thank you Dr. Lonsbrough!!

My husband had a very pleasant experience in this office. His care and new dentures were expert and done in good time. He was glad to have chosen Dr. Lonsbrough for his dental care.

With my teeth problems, Dr. Lonsbrough put a simple, reasonable plan to address my needs, and concerns. He has done an excellent job so far! The staff is excellent and everyone is terrific at making you feel comfortable and have a laugh in the office. I would HIGHLY recommend him for general dentist, and definitely cosmetic!

All on 4 procedure for a congenital problem was recommended. I did my research and picked Dr. Lonsbrough. My teeth look great and my bite is the best it's ever been thanks to the skill and patience of Dr. Lonsbrough and his staff.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lonsborough and his staff for 20 years now, following a life event that resulted in many broken/missing teeth in the front of my mouth. My situation requires periodic rebuilding of my teeth; I've moved from crowns to implants for multiple teeth over the years. Dr. Lonsborough and the team always approach their work with the utmost professionalism and care. I trust them implicitly, and feel safe knowing that they are there for me when one of my teeth decides it's time to fail! They are truly a shelter from the storm. Thank you! I was able to have major bone grafting and restorative surgery to restore my smile! I was absolutely elated with the results. Me Lonsbrough used the topical numbing followed by aesthetic and felt NO pain!!!!! I am still in the process now of more restoration but I must say, happily, I dig this dentist!!!! I was not lucky that I had to do teeth implant this year. Most business practice seems changed due to ongoing worldwide pandemic. One of my friends recommended Dr. Randall. She said her whole family have been with Dr. Randall's office for many years and they are happy for the service provided. I've been visiting Dr. Randall's office for several times since then. The whole process took more than half year for implants and crowns. Dr. Randall is very competent. He took time to talk through everything I should know about the whole procedure. I am satisfied with the level of service he and his staffs provided. I'd like also mention front desk Ms. Kellie's extra help to schedule appointments. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lonsbrough, DDS! My 20-year-old daughter lost part of her front teeth when she was very young. Actually, right after they came in. We were lucky that another skilled dentist repaired them temporarily, and they've lasted for years. This year we needed to move forward with caps on her two front teeth and Dr. Lonsbrough came highly recommended. He was outstanding! It was determined that the process would include some root canal work and he, and his office staff, walked us through every step of the way and helped us coordinate that work with an Endodontist. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of time that Dr. Lonsbrough took to make sure my daughter understood every aspect of her treatment. She was naturally nervous about the work to be done, and every time she expressed any concern, he had her come into the office and went over exactly what would happen...until she felt at ease and understood. He kept reassuring her that he would make sure she was happy with the final result, and he meant it. She now has her final caps and she is ecstatic! They look great! We are both so grateful for his patience, kind guidance and skilled technique in creating a beautiful smile! We highly recommend this DDS and his wonderful staff! After I'd lost a lot of teeth (too much soda pop), my dentist made me a lower denture which was very uncomfortable to eat with because it was not supported by implants. My nephew, a general-practice dentist in Seattle, said I needed a prosthodontist, which was very good advice. I now have an excellent metal-reinforced lower denture supported by four implants, made by a prosthodontist in Reedley, near Fresno, where I was living at the time. Having moved to the Central Coast, I have been under the care of Dr. Lonsbrough for the past year, and find the quality of his work and his communication skills, along with the beautiful views from his office and his wonderful office staff, to be all I could have hoped for. Dr. Lonsbrough saw me during a difficult time when I couldn't get in anywhere else. Everyone there made me feel at ease and comfortable right away. They provided information about everything I needed and were so helpful. I absolutely recommend Dr. Lonsbrough for anyone looking for a dentist.

This is the very best dentist office I have ever been to. The staff is extremely compassionate, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I am so impressed with the level of customer service and kindness. They fit me in on short notice and actually listened to me. Dr. Lonsbrough is a specialist in the field and the only dentist I will go to anymore. I found my way to him after a previous dentist had put me through quite the process (and pain) with an implant and the only regret I have is that I didn't find Dr. Lonsbrough earlier. He is the best in his field (don't go to anyone else if you have prosthodontic or dental surgery needs). He is extremely skilled, patient, empathetic and actually quite funny. He explains things and talks to his patients (something that was unheard of in the other dental office I had gone to). He removed a broken screw in my implant (broken by the other dentist) in a matter of minutes while the previous person had put me through an arduous 2 hours process with no success. Dr. Lonsbrough is an artist and a perfectionist. The work he and his staff has done for me is going on 3 years and I couldn't be more pleased. I do recommend him and the staff.

Unfortunately, communication is limited with Dr. Lonsbrough and extremely difficult when you do try to express your needs. After three visits (each resulting in bloody lips and aching painful toothache) to try and correctly fit a mandibular devise ( TAP 3), I have given up. Be warned that this office does not listen or validate your feedback even though the devise is in your mouth so you are the only one who can truly say how it feels! Their mantra is “it fits perfectly”!! My regular dentist cautioned me that if the devise is made too tight, it can result in crowns being loosened and therefore falling out. When I expressed my concern regarding this fact, Dr. Lonsbrough response was, “Oh that’s ridiculously, salt water taffy can do that !” Hmm, true but really don’t know what that has to do with my statement of concern and the fact my teeth are hurting when I have the devise inserted. My requests for adjustments or sending back to the lab have been refused or deemed unnecessary. Be warned this is not a devise that has a imprint mold made. Instead, it is created from digital pictures of your mouth and if you have gold crowns (like I do) this devise could be difficult to fit! I had been looking for someone who could help me restore a poorly done fix of my front tooth, and nervous about who could do it well since my last experience was not the best. I was also worried about being pushed into doing procedures beyond what I wanted or was comfortable with. My orthodontist highly recommended Randy, so I gave him a try, and my expectations have been surpassed! Karen at his front office was really caring and welcoming, answering questions with reassurance. Upon meeting Dr Lonsbrough, he put me at ease with a lighthearted introduction and friendly greeting asking me to call him Randy. He made me feel comfortable with his funny sense of humor. And what I loved the most is how he went into great explanation about what he would be doing. I love knowing the reasoning behind things that are done from all angles. I want full, complete explanations before someone just decides unilaterally to do what they want on my body. He was and has been great explaining and answering all of my questions in excellent detail! I really like how he treats you as a person, not just another ‘cog’ in an endless wheel of patients. Best dentist I have seen in years.My extractions surprisingly were very minimal in pain and professionally done.My denture after arrival was very comfortable when fitted and my life is so much better after seeing Dr Lonsbrough . The office personnel were outstanding very professional and all in all was an outstanding experience.

My experience with Dr Lonsbrough was difficult. He replaced my tooth with a prosthesis. It was painful for me to go through part of the examination partly because my mouth is sore from medication I am taking. . I did tell them about this while taking x-rays and impressions, it was painful, and the staff told me "it should not be hurting" as to indicate it was not hurting? I also shared with them that I had trauma as a child in that area and have had several l surgeries. When I returned for my prosthesis, it hurt like hell when they put it in, and they said the same thing, "It shouldn't hurt." Shortly after that, Dr. Lonsbrough, came into the room. I asked him a couple of questions, and he answered by saying, "Well if you'll stop talking long enough I will explain it to you." I have NEVER had anyone say this to me. Dr. Lonsbrough, you should not speak to your patients that way!! Don't forget that we are paying for your nice car and home.... I think he is rude and I am hoping to get a referral to see someone else. The staff was polite, but I would not recommend Dr. Lonsbrough. I saw Dr Lonsbough for a device for my sleep apnea. The office is in a beautiful location. The staff is very welcoming. The Dr asked me several questions about my snoring. He explained the device that could be made for me. I have been using my Tap appliance and am very pleased as well as my wife!! Friendly Doctor highly recommend.

My life-long oral health history was turned around by the intervention of Dr. Lonsbrough who is a perfectionist. His office staff are delightful and Karen has a big heart to work with you. I have never had such great care!

I just received a few implants by Dr. Lonsbrough. He and his staff are amazing! I had to have a little bone grafting done and then received the temporary implants. The temps fit like a glove the first time and I was just happy with the temps. Today he put in the finals and I was amazed. I love my smile :) His chair side manner is serious but really fun. He definitely knows his craft and executes to perfection. I highly recommend Dr. Lonsbrough and wouldn't even consider going to anyone else.

Dr. Lonsbrough is a master dentist. I highly recommend him. The quality of his work is simply the best. As an experienced dental patient, I have spent countless hours in a dental chair dealing with teeth problems. Then.............. I found Dr. Lonsbrough and his wonderful, kind, expert staff. He gave me a value-driven master dental treatment plan. My teeth are now in the best possible shape ever. Lonsbrough and his staff gave me a huge gift! I could not be happier.

Dr. Lonsbrough has been my dentist for over ten years. My mouth was a mismatch of poorly done implants, partials that barely worked and other problems when I first met him. I now have a really good implants that work and he also took care of my other problems. He treats me with respect, care, patience, and no pain. I have given him five stars (I rarely give that many to anybody) His professional knowledge is awesome. I highly recommend him.

We have been super pleased with Dr. Lonsbrough! He has the broad technical skill to address any issue of the mouth that we have run into for my 91 year old dad and 94 year old mother. What I liked best is his acknowledgement of what they can handle (from a health and recovery standpoint). Staff is very attentive and caring. I can't recommend this office highly enough!
