Receptionist not very compassionate. Went to my first appt. waited over an hour. It appeared that a party was going on. I had my 91 yr old mother with me I'm her care-giver. After over an hour, went to desk and asked to be rescheduled. My next appt. as cancelled because the death of my sister. When I called today, I was told because I missed these appt. I could not see the Doctor. I couldn't believe what I heard. Dr. J. please talk with this lady. I have no desire to see you after this.
