Worst doctors office ever!! Took forever to submit meds to the insurance company that were just REFILLS !! I am still missing one!!

I had to call over three times to get my husband blood pressure medication prescriptions sent over to Walgreens. We finally got them sent to Walgreens after a week from his actual appointment. They got the one star because you have to put a star to review them.

Dr. Huling treated my great grandma. She loved him, and she is hard to please. He sat and let her ramble on forever about way back when. He was very pleasant and so were his nurses. The wait was short as well. Thank God for him because he was the THIRD doctor we tried out.

Refused to treat me because the meds I'm prescribed

Saw Dr Huling today for abscessed cyst and for debilitating back pain referral. He was nice enough however after telling him about the debilitating back pain and committing myself to have the cyst removed, he sent me packing with no pain relief regimen whatsoever. Treating a patient is half the job. Not providing at least a temporary pain treatment regimen for either of my conditions is outrageous. I’ve been seeing obfmc for about 10 years. I’m done.

I would like to give him more stars but his office has been horrible my mom is been there as a patient for some 15 years and today because she owes her $97 deductible they don't know if they can give her an appointment and I've tried to call them all last week because of her poor health and they never return to call maybe he needs to look into how his business is being handled

I actually never met Dr. Huling. I wanted to but I kept getting stuck with one of his PA's. During my first visit, I was kept waiting over an hour. When my medication refills ran out 6 months later, I again tried to see Dr. Huling but was assigned another PA. Today, after waiting an hour, I walked out.

Haven't even been to this new doctor yet and I have chronic bronchitis today is December 22 and they tell me they can't get me in until January 3 what a joke guess I'll be changing doctors already!

Wait time is 2+ hours on average and then put back in a room for another 45 minutes. Not fair since I'm a patient that pays the bills.

Medications were needed so blood work was done. Dr. Huling, as always, was very thorough and gave me as much time as I needed.

Dr. Huling is easy to talk with and seems to be very interested in our health. My wife Lee, and I always see him the same day so he has us together which is good since she never thinks I get the instructions right.

Dr. Huling does seem to be interested & listens to me. I think if he had a better staff he would get a 5 star rating. The receptionist are not necessarily rude, just no interaction. Start talking to each other while they are checking you in. Seems to be a big turnover in staff. A new nurse almost every time I go in. The one I had today was very abrupt & pays no attention to what I say to her. When I was going to hold the thermometer in my as I usually do, she grabbed it & said quit that, It is my job to do that. If Dr. Huling wasn't so good to listen I would not go back

I was going to Dr Huling for my follow-up visit after going to the hospital the previous week-end. Dr Huling took time with me to discuss recovery options and even had his nurse to call the next day to see how I was. I think if you just walk in, there will be a longer wait as they have to work you in. but generally, I only have to wait about 5-10 minutes past my appointment time. Front staff does seem to spend a lot of time chatting. .

Staff is rude. Constantly loosing staff. Referral department is a joke. Normally a 1 plus hour wait after set appointment time. Doesn't know his patients. Facility is dirty and smells like it needs to be disinfected. Use to be a good place for care, but is now mainly catering to lower class, and is way over it's limit for patients.
