Dr Dunn has been our doctor for the past 4 years. We came to him after having not the Best experience at another practice. He was really good at understanding our case as much as possible and tailoring our treatment, explaining the medical basis of his recommendations. After a loss during our first treatment, he was very kind, empathetic , and did a thorough review of possible causes and how we could address them. We had our healthy baby soon after, thanks to Dr Dunn extreme dedication. He always performs the important steps himself and also maintains a clear communication. We continue to work with him on hopes of expanding our family, and his care, understanding, knowledge and dedication are second to none. We can’t recommend him enough

I’ve only had one meeting with Dr. Dunn so far, he is my 3rd Fertility Doctor and with just our first meeting I’m more hopeful than I’ve been in the past. From the moment I met him I knew I had the right doctor. My case was transferred to him from another doctor who left this group and he had already reviewed my case and knew pretty much all my history. As another health care provider, that is how I am with all my patients as well. I've been trying to have a baby for almost 4 year and my journey completed with him, at age 45.

The worst IVF clinic in USA. THe doctor doesnt care!!!!The doctor said the embryologist would call on day 3 and no calls on day 3 and day 5. I kept calling the clinic and kept going to voice mail, nobody returned the call. MY two embryos just died on day 5 without being frozen. The nurse in charge was Maria. For her this was the biggest joke. This is the obamacare IVF place. No instructions.... so lazy, and absurd!!!! NEVER go to this doctor, he has the worst staff in the world, its like going to a third world coutry. I wish I knew. THe good nurses dont stay here , I think. Dr. Dunn is the nicest, most caring and brilliant doctors I know. He helped me get pregnant and I have sent 6-8 couple as after that who have all gotten pregnant. He is there to help you reach your goal and not about making $. Highly recommended.

First of all I was so happy with Dr. Randall. This was when we met with him twice. After that, all the contact was with the nurses. I have suffered from three miscarriages. I was able to conceive for the fourth time. When I called to let nurse know that I was pregnant they requested an HCG and progestorene levels. Everything was going well. They repeated the HCG levels but never mind on requesting progestorene levels which I thought it s highly important. I had to request for a progestorene level every time i went in for blood work to check my HCG levels. Well My progestorene levels began to drop, I began having bad cramps, and spotting. I always called concern with all the symptoms I was having. The answer from the nurses was "that can be normal". It was not until my progestorene showed to have dropped again that I knew things were not right. I Was never able to see Dr Randall to talk about my concerns. That day I recieved my results I began to search another fertility doctor. The new fertility doctor was able to see me that same day. She performed an ultrasound and knew that things were not right but gave me the chances that everything could turn okay. And surely did. If it was not due to this new doctor I changed to, I would have suffered from a fourth miscarriage. I was very disappointed with the nurses at Aspire and more not been able to discuss my concerns with the doctor. Communication with a doctor and nurses is not same. We just went through our first cycle with ivf... we had no clue what we were doing or anything about it... we had a consultation with the doctor and felt like it went well and he seemed great! Well after that it all went down hill... the lack of communication and organizational of the staff is extremely ridiculous... they never update you or inform you of what’s going on, unless you hunt them down, every time I called I had to leave a message... I never felt like I mattered as a patient there and never felt like things were explained to me clearly or in a timely manner. We meet Dr Dunn to interview him and never saw him again till we had a sit down about why the cycle failed! He never called once to check on me since he could not preform my retrieval...so at this point I'm really not sure what we paid for??? It was not for his services since he was never around. Dr. Dunn's office is terrible at answering the phone and communicating billing. I was not told to be looking for bills from several different companies and testing labs. I moved in the process, and one of the bills never made it to me. Since I did not pay this bill within 30 days it went from $87 to $980! That's a hell of a late fee, especially for something I was not expecting and unaware of. I was told by the lady at the front desk that everything was paid and I had zero balance. This other company they use (Reprosource) promptly had many collection agencies calling me. I thought my identity had been stolen!
