He has a very good memory and is really committed to helping my allergy symptoms improve.

It was good to see Dr Brauchle. He was very efficient and gave me great news on my sinuses and nose. Dr Brauchle is a great ENT. I highly recommend him as well as the staff.

Dr. Brauchle is unquestionably the best ENT in the city! He takes the time to really listen and truly cares about his patients. Our family of 4 has been going to him for years and it seems like after every appt we say how great he is. Highly recommend!

Dr Brauchle is excellent. Knowledgeable and great bedside manner. We’ve been seeing him for over 15 years. We’ve recommended him to our friends over the years.

Dr. Brauchle was extremely helpful. Called a specialist while I was in his office and was able to see the specialist for treatment the same day. I am so thankful for his help.

Dr Brachle is awesome! He spends so much time with his patients and is always eager to help solve a problem. Such a nice and smart guy!

The best in the city. My husband and I have both seen Dr. Brauchle for years and he has helped us tremendously. He is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes all the time necessary to address any and all issues and find the right solutions. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Randall is very kind and careful, but I left the visit with a prescription of some antibiotics and after taking it during 10 days my symptoms persisted. I called them for a follow up visit but Texas ENT told me I would need to pay again to be able to see the doctor. It doesn’t seen fair!

Best ENT doctor in town

I appreciated Dr. Brauchle’s thorough history taking and physical exam skills. He was an excellent communicator and explained everything to my satisfaction.

Amazing. As an allergy sufferer, I just thought it was something I’d need to live with and treat/manage symptoms as best as I could. That was until seeing Dr Brauchle who scheduled me for an allergy test (I was shocked to learn I’m allergic to dogs, as I’m a dog sitter!!) among other common things. He started me on daily sublingual drops and in about 6 months I found I was experiencing ZERO (yes, zero!) allergy symptoms, and hadn’t used any OTC allergy meds in months! My appointment with Dr. Brauchle this week was as pleasant as ever! A great experience.

Dr. Brauchle is the best. He is attentive, thorough, and prompt. He did my older sons ear tubes and they were a miracle. He never had another ear infection. He also just worked my younger son in on a day when he had a full patient load. I'm glad he did too bc my son had a really bad double ear infection that Dr. Brauchle had cleared up in a matter of days. Highly recommend him. Dr. Brauchle is the best. In my opinion, Dr. Brauche is the go to Doctor if you need a comprehensive evaluation of your ENT problem. I have no idea about a bad review. Maybe another Toni, but I have not had a bad experience at Texas ENT. Dr. Brauchle has been very attentive and after a few years I have gone from fighting routine sinus infections to no allergy shots, no sinus infections, no over the counter allergy medications. I use the allergy drops and feel great. He also prescribed a sleep test and sleep apnea was discovered. I am now using the sleep machine. I have no idea about a bad review. “dr. b” is a thorough and knowledgeable clinician-he has diagnosed a sneaky silent sinus infection on me when i came in for something else! also it was he and his colleagues who gave my family up-to-date research and information on the link between hearing loss and an increased risk for dementia-

As a mother, of adult children, I don’t always get the honor of accompanying them to the doctor. This was the second time I was able to accompany my son to see Dr. Brauchle. I was shocked how much the doctor remembered about my son, who has seen him only a handful of times. My son lives in Nashville, so sees the doctor only when he is back in Houston to visit. Dr. Brauchle asked the right questions recognizing my son was probably heading back to college soon. He adjusted his diagnosis and his plan of attack based upon gathering this last minute information. He was also cognizant of the fact my son, while an adult, didn’t arrive with answers to all his questions. Without skipping a beat he was able to pull all needed information online by asking just a couple questions. He also remembered my son was double majoring at a school with a rigorous academic program; he was a triathlete; and also crew in college. Remembering this information was shocking to me! Only an exceptional doctor takes the time to remember small facts and make inferences from those. He pinpointed my sons personality, and made suggestions for him to get through the school year and training times. I was very impressed! Most doctors tell you what needs to happen, and when. Dr. Brauchle was keenly aware my son was probably Type A, and probably not going to stop working out till after the coming school year ended. For that he made suggestions and prescribed medication to help him survive and thrive until he could get a needed procedure the following summer. Honestly, I’d give 10-stars if I could! Dr. Brauchle has been my doctor for over 5 years. He is compassionate, patient, thorough, and an overall nice guy. I strongly recommend him.

Dr Brauchle and his staff are simply the best. He’s respectful, polite and considerate of your time as a patient. His staff is helpful, responsive, and so nice. I’m so glad I found them. They’re simply the most pleasant doctor’s office I’ve ever experienced and Dr Brauchle is outstanding. I wish all my doctors were like this.

Dr. Brauchle is an excellent physician. Years ago, he performed surgery on our son for tonsil removal. I had an ENT issue and thought of him right away, and got an appointment very quickly. My wait time was not long in his office and Dr. Brauchle was thorough, kind and helpful. I am happy to have him be the ENT for our family. I recommend him highly. I returned to Dr. Brauchle recently this month and want to emphasize what a phenomenal doctor he is with a great staff. He is truly one of the top doctors I’ve ever seen. Dr. Brauchle has been treating me off and on for nearly 20 years now. He's taken out my tonsils, cleaned and treated terrible ear infections, and helped me heal quickly from some of the nastiest throat and sinus infections I've ever experienced. His manner is straight out of a Norman Rockwell painting: kind, attentive, understanding, and calming. He's so great that all of my family go to him for our various ENT ailments. Dr. Brauchle and his staff were absolutely amazing! I had a tonsillectomy preformed, the whole process was very smooth and straight forward. They made me comfortable and had the knowledge to to keep my nerves to a minimal. Highly recommend him for all your ENT needs.

Dr.Brauchle has been my ENT for decades now, and I am very pleased with the quality of care he provides. He’s got an excellent bedside manner, takes time with you and listens compassionately. The wait is usually not very long to see him, and the staff is always professional. Highly recommend him.

Doctor was nice and explained what I needed. Staff and communications at Texas ENT is horrible. Due to their poor communications, I will have my procedure performed elsewhere.

Office communications are bad and will be seeking treatment elsewhere.
