We own a funeral home and one of his patience passed away on March 10, 2021 and the family desired cremation. We contacted him three times to sign the death certificate and to date has not replied or signed. The certificate is required by state law before a cremation can be completed. This has been five days now and has delayed the cremation and services for the family.
Wonderful, very thorough doctor!
Rude to nursing staff and doesn’t listen to them. He responsibilities at center and nursing home.
Dr. Bashore is an excellent physician who listens to me and is willing to work with me on treatment for my chronic condition.
Dr. Bashore typed the entire time I was with him, he never touched me!!!! Didn't even care about all the pain that I am in! Paid no attention to me at all. I paid $185.00 to watch him type.
