The staff was professional. I think Dr. Benyamin thought my husband was a Drug Seeker. Which wasn't the case at all!! His bedside manner was not appropriate or friendly. He didn't know much as far as my hubby's medical records and made assumptions. His attitude did change when we informed him that my hubby was on Paliative Care. If I could post negative stars I would. I was trying to find a pain physician closer to my home than 3 hours away. Had a referral from a top pain physician that knew this doctor personally. Had 5 years of medical notes, the referral, and dropped off additional paperwork. Was told by office personnel this doctor would be in the office that day if they thought I needed to see him. What a nightmare this whole experience was. The office manager called me before my appointment in what I can only describe as “yelling at me” . She tried telling me that they only accepted patients who wanted to get better. I had been electrocuted years earlier and had what was suspected to be CRPS. The worst pain syndrome known to man and incurable. That should have been the first signal to run. However, going off this doctors reputation, I hoped that he could help. On the day of the appointment not only had no one read my files, the doctor wouldn’t see me. Instead his nurse practitioner saw me. She refused to do anything instead another appointment with a different doctor. My honest and knowledgeable opinion——- Run the other direction. While this doctor may once have cared about people in pain, it’s now all about big business and using the pain patients as guinnea pigs for pharmaceutical businesses or medical device manufacturers. Dr. Benjamin is the greatest. He's Fantastic dr. Plus a great person. Ive always felt better after seeing him even if it was just talking. I've also had many procedures performed by Dr. Benjamin. He's the best!

Dr. Benyamin, saved my life! If it wasn’t for him and his staff I would still be using a walker. Brandi (his nurse) is the most caring person I have ever met, she calls me right back when leaving messages and she is always there to listen even if it’s not about my pain (sometimes I call just say how much I appreciate her).. Thanks again you two!

Dr. Benyamin basically has saved my life... The neurologist had me on all these medications that kept making me very suicidal... I stopped those medications and began the treatments recommended by Dr. Benyamin and have experienced a more enjoyable life... while I still experience some pain, the discomfort is definitely better and more tolerable... Dr. Benyamin took his time and explained everything that's going on with my back. However he was 20 minutes late to my scheduled time and went over 15 my slotted time. During my 3rd procedure I had complications and I threw up and that resulted in me losing my voice. 2/5 Nurses: The are very friendly, but. My back went out 3 days after my procedure and I explained to them my situation (Friday). They had me come in Tue, I could hardly stand up or walk, so I layed on an exam bed. I never got examined, only one nurse came in and asked me what my complaint was. The nurse told me they will send in a "medication order", that was never sent in. I talked to them 3 times and the order still never came. I asked for an injection, they said Dr. Benyamin didn't feel comfortable doing one since my procedure was a week earlier. I went to the hospital 2 days later and got the injection. Office: I needed a Dr progress notes for my treatment, still never got it, and I filled out the release of information form. I've talked to them in person, left several voice mails, and I went in twice - NOTHING. 1/5 Scheduling: I called several times to schedule my 4th RFA procedure and never got a call back. 0/5 * 3.5 months later and I'm still having pain and complications in my back. My voice has come back but fatigues out and i starts to sound like a teenager going through puberty. I'll never refer anyone to this clinic. Dr. Benyamin is always incredibly welcoming and heart-warming at my appointments. I recommend him to several patients who have pain and are looking for relief.

When you walk in to the pain center you are treated with dignity and the best care ever.. Dr Benyamin is a caring compassionate Dr. He listens and truly gives you his "best care he can" His nurses are awesome They truly care about their patients and do there best to help all those in pain .

His expertise is outstanding. I have been going to Dr. Benyamin for 20 years and he refuses to give up on me. Always helpful, kind, and truly concerned for me. His staff is amazing.

I have been to several back Doctors. Have had 3 surguries. Dr Benyamin unlike all other doctors, listens to you first and then asks you questions comes up with a tentative plan. He then he looks at your mri to review after he has listened to your conerns. Every Nero or ortho doctor I have been to briefly reviews your mri and then tells you what they plan on doing. I have seen Dr B on and off as needed for 7 years. Five stars is not enough. He has the best and most compassionate beside manner!

Great bedside manner, very explanatory, and THE BEST PAIN DOC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!
