Considerate and attentive
This so-called medical professional was utterly despicable. He was unwelcoming, inconsiderate, and, ultimately, humiliated me. Told me I was useless and, at one point, even beckoned me to hit him. He explained that he didn't need me as a patient when I expressed concerns. His lack of tact and contempt for the people he is supposed to help was palpable.
