Ramin Ipakchi

The worst scheduling ever and. Scheduled a week and half in advance to see this Dr. drove 40 mins to this office. When I arrived they couldn’t even find me in their system and they said the dr is been out for past 3 weeks. So why would they even schedule me if they knew the dr is out. Wasted my time and effort. DO NOT GO THERE.

Was charged $280 for a 15 second visit in which no service was provided.

I asked the receptionist to have my medical records sent to Dr Ipakchi. She told me it would take 2 weeks and I was told to come back in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I go in and ask if they have received my records from GWU Hospital? Th receptionist says “Doctor has to review your record before he can send it to GWU”!!! I recommended to this doctor that he hire someone who actually speaks and understands English. Excellent, thorough care whenever someone in my family has an ENT issue. Highly recommend Dr. Ipakchi

Dr. Ipakchi is wonderful. This review is not for him but yet his dreadful office staff. I had my tonsils removed back in January. Had to come into the office to get a letter to provide my employer at the time. There's a hispanic girl that works at the front desk (brown/dark hair). Long story short, DO NOT deal with her. She's extremely rude. Fast forward to April/May, I came in for an appointment with my son. I notified the front desk that I had a new phone number and needed to take out the old number. Here it is in JULY and the office is still calling the old number about important results I was waiting on. Today, 4:29 PM, I called to complain yet again about this problem and to also set an appt to discuss my son's test results. The nurse transfers me to the front desk and I have now been on hold for 15 mins. The office closes at 5pm! I was not able to make an appt and will now be taking my business elsewhere. I visited this place a few times. Dr. Ipakchi is a nice and caring physician, but their office and staff is not that good. Their office and furniture is so old and not very clean. I called their office several times to ask for my test results as Ramin (Dr. Ipakchi) had advised and staff never transferred my message and I finally gave up. They tried hard to setup a visit with doctor to charge me for a visit just to let me know for a simple test result. I visited this place a few times. Best specialist ever, not only he doesn’t sugar coat but always tries different ways and type of treatment before going straight to surgery ????

Excellent doctor!!! I came in for pulsatile tinnitus and ear spasms a week ago and doctor Dr Ipakchi clearly explained to me what was going on, as well as reccomended several ways to improve my conditions. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and always there when I need him.

Dr Ipakchi put my 9 month old sons tubes in a week ago and he was amazing. He was very nice and straight forward at our first visit to him. Did not waste any time on scheduling my sons procedure. The staff was very nice and attentive. When we arrived to the hospital he came in and explained everything to us and we felt very comfortable. Once he was done he came out and told us everything went well and gave us instructions. Was very pleased and plan on staying with him. Great Doctor! Great staff!!

I was referred to Dr. testament by my primary care. He immediately diagnosed me with a tumor and recommended surgery.The surgery was initially very scary for me. However, he was very calm and reassuring by talking me through the procedure and the recovery. I had the surgery and it was very successful. I'm still recovering but have little scaring, which is a testament to his testament. The staff was helpful with filling out my short term disability form. I highly recommend him and his offices.

I was unable to see the doctor. I waited about 20 minutes, but the staff never acknowledged me. When I entered the office (on Little River Turnpike), there was no staff at the desk. I signed the sign-in sheet and had a seat. About 10 minutes later an office worker came in with her lunch. As she walked in she was talking to a woman. She brought the woman to the desk, and they had a very long and involved conversation. Soon two other men came in and entered the conversation - they were attempting to see the doctor as "walk-in" patients. Two other staff members came out, but they never checked the sign-in sheet, never acknowledged me. I decided that despite the other good reviews on ZocDoc, this was not the way I wanted to be treated. I let them know that I would not wait any longer and they could cancel my appointment. The doctor may be great, but I will never know. That front desk experience completely turned me off from this practice. I was unable to see the doctor. Fantastic physician and great practice. The staff were smiling and caring. The doctor was patient and explained all issues in an easy to understand manner. I brought my family member here after I myself came to this practice for my own issues. Dr. Ipakchi took excellent care of my family member and the outcomes of his treatment plan were a success! I would recommend Doctor Ipakchi, but not his office. Beware of the accounting department that is not up to date with payments. They charged me twice for the same visit that amounted to about $300.00. Two months later, after promising a refund, they had not even started the process when I called them again - at which time, they also denied having a record of our previous conversation about the refund. Not very professional and I would not recommend if $300 make a difference in your bank account

Dr ipakchi has been a very thorough and capable doc. After suffering with sinus problems for years i went to him for help. Not only has he resolved this with a painless surgery, he helped me understand everything every step of the way. This was after doctor after doctor throwing medicines at me with no relief. Great doctor
