My 15 yr old had back surgery and Dr. AmirNovin was the best choice. Surgery was successful so far, symptoms are gone and immediately saw improvement. We are extremely grateful for his work and care. Dr is such a blessing! This was the best thing for my son! Thanks to everyone in the office!

Dr AmirNovin is an incredibly good neurosurgeon. I cannot imagine a better or more qualified surgeon in his field! I would recommend him to anyone and hope that if I ever need his services again, that he will still be at Casa Colina. He is also one of the most caring doctors I've ever dealt with. He is easy to chat with, a down to earth genuine human being with a good sense of humor. I will never ever forget him! Dr. AmirNovin operated on me back three years ago; it was a fairly complicated case involving fusion as well as instrumentation for spondylolisthesis. After dealing with incredible pain for a long time, I had an amazingly good and pain-free recovery. And I am going strong still, and expect to for a long time. He is the best damn doctor I’ve ever met. He’s kind, addresses all your fears and worries. He talks to you and listens to your concerns. Nuero. Back surgery. He is horrific. I am a member of the medical community and this doctor is dangerous. If you care about your family and are in the ER and he is the only choice ask for a second opinion you have that right. Please I beg people to move away from this “doctor” and , I use that term lightly. My case was too complicated and he wouldn’t touch my back. Yet now in Pasadena with experts they said good you did not go to him because after looking at the hemorrhage in my back that was easily available he failed as a clinician. He Thought that loss of urine control was no big deal. These experts were horrified at the lack of treatment I received and listened to our recording of him basically talking over me, not listening, and then claimed that he wouldn’t touch my back was a good thing because based on his behaviors one should never go to him nor should anyone else!!!! Resume questionable. Totally unprofessional. If you have spinal or brain issues run from this quack. thorough and pleasant. removed my brain tumor without problems and no signs of recurrence 5 years later. I am so happy I found him.

He removed my mother's pituitary tumor. It was like she has had no surgery. She has no pain and is already having improved vision

My General practice doctor sent me get x-ray and then to physical therapy and then to pain management twice to no avail. I got a MRI and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Ramin Amirnovin. He very professional and explained the procedure and walked me through all the steps. I liked him so much I referred my wife to him when needed back surgery.

My initial contact with Dr. Amirnovin was at bedside in the hospital, which was very short, but adequate. My follow-up office visit with him was friendly, & I felt that he cared & was listening & responding appropriately. During my 3rd contact with him, he kept talking over the top of what I was trying to ask. He was a very different person during that visit compared with my prior contacts. He was brusque, which made me feel like he didn't care. He lost my trust, so I can't recommend him.
