Didnt have to wait long. Dr Ram explained the importance of sending my BP and Glucose #s and even had props to show what happens over time with BP.

I love Dr. Ram and his nurse Lexi.. They have been nothing but great to me in every aspect of my care, and every concern is addressed promptly... I seen Dr. Ram in 2009 for mu gestational diabetes and he remembered me 14 years later when I called to see him again regarding my blood sugar. He got me right in and took care of me... Was never pushed off to see anyone else. He is amazing. His nurse Lexi responds to any message I send almost immediately... They are a great team, hopefully he never retires ❤️

Dr. Ramanujan no longer sees patients personally unless it is for intake; at least that is what his office has told my mother, brother, and I. So if you are seeking his care you are out of luck as they will pass you off to Dr. Yan Lui or Nancy and we do not recommend either of them. It is sad to see Dr. Ramanujan step away, even sadder how he handled that with regard to my mom... The day before her appointment the office called and told us that Dr. Ramanujan no longer sees patients and tried to transfer her appointment to another day with another care provider and the explanation above is what we were offered. Mom is 81, post stroke, and had not been seen in person for months because of the virus, to wait until the day before her in person visit to call her and do this was completely unacceptable. I have been a patient of Dr. Ramanujan‘s for over 30 years and I just want to thank him for being the best compassionate honest doctor I have ever experienced.

I been going to Dr Ramanujan for over 18 yrs and he is the nicest and kindness doctor i have been too. I went to many other doctors and when i met Dr Ram he did a couple tests and told me i had Klinefelters Syndrome not like the other doctors could do. I have been a patient of Dr. Ramanujan’s for about 20 years, give or take. I hope he never retires because I wouldn’t want any other doctor to manage my diabetes. He’s kind and courteous, he actually listens to me, and remembers information about me which makes me believe he genuinely cares. I spent 30+ yrs of my life with a bad water consumption issue. Been to numerous specialists who told me they couldn't do anything, or they just told me to stop drinking water. It was a count down for kidney failure. It took this man's determination and kind heart to see there was a serious problem. His bedside manner is a little unorthodox compared to others, but his passion for his work shows. I'd recommend him to anyone who has issues with their pituitary, thyroid, diabetes, etc. I owe him more than words can say. I spent 30+ yrs of my life with a bad water consumption issue. Dr Ramanujan is one of the only doctor's my husband & I have encountered who is totally devoted to his profession & truly cares about his patients. I have always known him to give 110 percent, over the 19 years we had the pleasure of being in his care.

Dr. Ramanujan is totally dedicated to his patients, and provides his very best care to everyone. Both of my parents were fortunate to call him their Doctor. He provided them with the highest quality of care possible for years.

Not happy with Dr. Ramanugan at all. He ordered my thyroid out because of cancer, but told me I didn't need to do treatment afterwards. My cancer came back a year and a half later. I needed four treatments to get rid of it. Also in that time frame I felt horrible, he wasn't good at regulating my meds.

Excellent doctor with trained staff who take the time to talk to patients & get results done immediately!

Did not treat my cancer properly and ended up switching doctors, and having four thyroid cancer treatments to try to get rid of what grew after thyroid was taken out (which was cancer). He seemed not caring and told me "it would be alright kiddo". He is not up to date with medicine and I did not feel good for years after having my thyroid out. I also ballooned, now that I switched doctors, and my cancer has now been in remission for three years, I feel so much better.

I have never met a doctor like him. Completely dedicated to finding out what is wrong with me physically and at the same time helping me cope with the stress of not knowing what is wrong. In one week he has been more available and responsive than my GP has been in all the years I have had him. I’m confident he will solve my problem and I know I can count on him to care about me. He checks in with me all of the time. So lucky to have found him.

Excellent care with compassion. Dr Ram has treated me for over28 years He has always been accurate with diagnosises even when missed by other specialists. He spends as much time with patients as needed and always treats patients with respect. He is always willing to discuss all treatment options and listen to concerns and fears of patient. You can not find a better doctor in the Southern Tier

Dr Ram is one of the kindest, most compassionate doctors I have gad in my 59 years of chronic care from physicians. He looks for the root cause of problems, and is diligent, brilliant at diagnosising, and treating problems.He has improved my health immensely. Highly recommend!
