Dr. Reddy is a superstar in our family. She cared for my mother for many years and always treated her with great compassion and professionalism. My father is 81 and has many health issues and Dr. Reddy treats him like he was her own father. She always goes the extra mile and knows just the right treatment or medicine to use. Dr. Reddy was very knowledgable and made me feel reassured about my diagnosis. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained things in a way that I could understand. I was really nervous for the visit, and I left feeling reassured and trusting in her diagnosis and prescribed medications.

UPDATE to my original review: The manager called me today and apologized for their mess up. She said it was a rare mistake on their part and such things usually go pretty smoothly. That’s good to know...but to save the patient a lot of frustration in those rare instances when things do go wrong, I do hope they review and update their policies and systems so that such mistakes don’t happen in the first place and if they do, the office is able to be prompt in responding. Anyway, plus points to her (and the practice) for thinking of calling me after seeing my review...I appreciated that! Horribly inept practice!! The first time around, they sent over a script to my pharmacy that had a dose 31 TIMES THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED!!! The pharmacy said they faxed and called, but NO ONE RESPONDED! Which doctor’s office does not respond to a pharmacy requesting clarification?? Finally, after several days and no results, I called and demanded that the clarification happen ASAP. Even then, the clarification did not happen until several hours later and I finally got my medicine. Now, we are back once again to the same thing...wrongly prescribed med and no response from the doctor to request for clarification from the pharmacy!! This has been going on for the last 4 days and meanwhile I am out of my med!!! So once again I am trying to call over there but they don’t answer their phones much and you can’t leave a message as they tell you on their automated message itself “please do not leave a message as we do not check our messages”!!! I have been living in US for 13 years and seen a few doctors. Dr. Reddy is the best so far. She is calm, caring, detailed and knowledgeable. I like the whole clinic indeed. All staffs are very pleasant and responsible. I can really trust them.

Dr. Reddy treated me for Lymes disease in Holy Cross Hospital. I was cured. I decided to make Dr. Reddy my primary care physician. a couple of years later she diagnosed me with a failing mitral valve. I went to John Hopkins and had the valve repaired. Dr. Reddy and the team at John Hopkins, saved my life.

I've been with Dr.Reddy for two years now. She is very prompt in treating any concerns I bring to her attention and her nursing staff is so friendly. When we discuss sensitive topics she doesn't make me feel embarrassed.

Dr. Reddy treated my mother recently. She is the perfect combination of intelligence and genuine kindness. I could not have asked for a better doctor to care for my mother during the last stage of her life. She also helped prepare me, as best you can, for my mothers death. A wonderful doctor and human being.
