Terrible. Was supposed to have a telehealth visit, never called. I called the next day and had to leave a message. NO ONE EVER RETURNED THE CALL until 10 days later........yes, TEN days later. This is when the telehealth call came in and when I questioned him about why he didn't call ten days ago. He said he was at the hospital late that night. I asked what prevented him from calling the following day and the question was ignored. Told me to call the office the next day to have Tina email me a form for bloodwork and when I did, 30 minutes on hold, then hung up on. I called back again, waited 10 minutes on hold and then put through to a voicemail. No one called me back that day. This place is not worth the effort to dial their number.

I wrote this one year ago. It is still accurate today. Eleven years ago, I experienced a life-threating coronary event. Dr. Ram Singh, with Advanced Heart & Vascular Specialists, saved my life and since that time has continued to provide my medical care. Thanks to Dr. Singh, I am very active and I enjoy an excellent quality of life. He never rushes through our appointments and takes time to listen to my concerns. Just to get my results from tests done it took several months. Appointments were being rescheduled due to the fact the doctor was taking off,switching to part-time, scheduled was already booked etc. There so short handed that now a days no one answers the phone & if they do your lucky. When Dr Singh does his video chats you wait anywhere from 3-6 hours waiting for him to call. Then he's in such a hurry to get off not giving you much time to ask questions. Dr Singh is still out of the office,Dr Benson cut he days back & is doing the management task. So now there's a new doctor in the office. They are so short handed that I was watching one employee training,putting ppl in rooms,plus doing . I first saw Dr. Singh as an emergency heart attack patient in 2018. As far as I’m concerned, he is one of the best cardiologist in Las Vegas. At one point my insurance changed and it wasn’t accepted there. I went through 4 other cardiologist. Horrible experiences. I changed my insurance to one that his practice took. Problem. First visit was on an iPad. Not told about that. Called a month ago in November if this year to ask if he was back in the office. Told he was. Made an appointment for December 6. Asked to please call me if he wasn’t physically going to be there. So I called day of and was told it was another zoom visit. I cancelled. I need to discuss things that can only be done in person. He literally saved my Life. I had no symptoms at all but he insisted I get a stress test. I was 95% blocked on both sides of my heart! Got stents put in and feel great. Thank you for all you do.

I honestly never met the Dr but my overall review is that this place does not give patients the results as quickly as you would expect. I've waited over 2 months to get results on a heart monitor I had to wear for 2 weeks and they made multiple appointments to get my results but every time the Dr was out for "emergencies" that then they tried to call me for video call to make appointments. Even then calling me at 11pm to midnight at times even after I explained to them I work over nights at a warehouse I wouldn't be able to attend those video calls but yet they tried. Finally today I had enough and decided to have them just send my results to my Primary Dr to get my results that should have happened the last week of July. Overall just find another cardiologist! If I could give less than 1 star...I would! This has got to be by far THE WORST medical office I have ever dealt with! The most recent...they collected a co-pay of $460.00, had me wait in the waiting room 1 1/2 hours, when I finally went to ask what was taking so long...the lady tells me "OH we will need to re-schedule, person who administers this test is sick! They say they will call me later to re-schedule, they never called. I phoned the following day 4 times leaving 4 messages, no return call! This was not the first time they did this! Now I'm just wanting to get out of here and want to see another doctor,, one whi cares about their patients. I call and ask for my medical records,, they say it's going to take 30 days...I say I have issues going on, and needed to get this test done which you canceled, I can't wait 30 days. Now they tell me, we want to send you to the hospital as an emergency to get tests done, if you leave without doing this, it's not our responsibility what happens to you,, then they want me to sign a waiver saying I refused service!!! He’s absolutely a Great doctor. He is very attentive to my care. He takes the time to address my concerns & answer all my questions. He has excellent team. He don’t believe in unnecessary procedures he recommends only necessary procedures. Only if you need it.

This doctor is well worth the wait! He is such a genuinely devoted cardiologist and is easy to talk to. He really listens and always does what is best for his patients!

I went through a variety of test over a 3 week period. Then I met with a young assistant who told me I was fine and there were no problem. I disagreed and we argued. Finally to get rid of me she put a monitor on my chest and gave me a cell phone with Blue Tooth connected to the monitor that will transmit heart activity to a monitoring center. That night the phone rang at about 1:00 a.m. I could hardly get out of bed to answer it. Felt like I was in a suit of lead. There was a doctor on the phone telling me I had to immediately get to the nearest emergency room. I was rushed to the hospital where they had the report from the doctor that called and they told me that they had to immediately put a pace maker due to very low heart rate and my heart pausing for up to 10 seconds at a time. They gave me a clean bill of health and this happens? Then I find out I have a leaky heart valve that they did not tell me about. I asked to have all of my records transferred to another cardiologist and they keep refusing to do it. They will not release any of the test results or any other type of record to anyone even at the request of the state agency that handles poor medical care. Worst place ever. Dirty and run down. Never saw 'my' doctor again after 2 visits...office refused to say why or when he'd be back. They kept wanting me to see the nurse practitioner. They scare you to death saying you may have a heart attack if you don't keep your scheduled appointment, and good luck getting through to them...the phone rings off the hook. Employees were different on every visit. They obviously can't keep staff there for a reason. Tried to download my results from the portal and there were none. Each visit stated my original complaints, but no results of any testing performed, which was a lot. I gave them one star because they were able to perform testing in that office. Worst place ever. I am in Europe and canceled my appointment weeks before I was to be there. So I can not rate my visit. I am happy to see that the practice is finally looking for feedback however.

Dr Singh does not have good bedside manner he spent our first meeting looking at computer telling me he can focus on three things at once. I was very unhappy with him. Especially because he is getting paid for my visit. I see his assistant she is very nice focus one case at a time

I have been going to this office and I have seen all the doctors and they are all very professional and informative. Can’t imagine going to any other office.

My experience in this medical group was with Dr. Osman. He was very informative, answered all my questions both pre and post procedure. Had a great experience with him in a difficult situation.

I have not had a bad experience from this office, Dr., or staff. Very professional and I have been very blessed to have such amazing and caring Cardiologists that is there for my health.

I have been seeing this doctor for a year and a half with high blood pressure and now I found out I had multiple heart issues and he's always been most courteous and formative the staff is kind and courteous and I've never had a long wait so my opinion this is a good place for me am very happy with the services they provide me

Dr. Singh goes out of his way to make sure you understand in plain English those complicated medical terms he goes the extra mile his work ethics are without parallel he is a doctor of the very highest caliber and if you ever to lose him in that doctor's office he would not be easily replaced

Dr. Singh is a Professional! He has been my cardiologist for some 20 plus years. He has provided me with nothing but outstanding service and treatment. He is nice and friendly and his good sense of humor keeps me laughing. I also find his staff pleasant and very helpful. I would recommend Dr. Singh to anyone.

This amazing doctor goes up and beyond the call of his profession and his staff to make certain I'm doing beyond well. I'm more than satisfied with his level of service I've recieved from his practice. His staff is courteous and professional as well. Their phone etiquette is superb on a daily basis especially when I call. I have only great things to say about this doctor and his amazing abilities as a heart doctor.

I love Dr. Singh and Dr. Benson their staff is another story. My main problem is that my husband has never been seen on time, lab work was not sent to the lab, medical records is a joke and so is billing. I can never get to talk to a person and phone calls are never returned. My husband needed cardiac clearance for dental surgery and I finally had to send a message to the Dr. by bypassing the office staff. They didn’t even return phone calls from the dentist office.

I was schedule for a CT scan and the staff dropped the ball.

Dr. singh has taken care of me for 19 years. He's always been friendly to me and my family. He is always alert to any problems my test show. I consider him an excellent doctor and he always find time for any questions or problems I have. His staff is very friendly too.

The reasons for the ridiculous wait time is because he hires people under the table online to copy paper work at his office and doesn’t hire professionals

This place is overbooked with patients everyday. My husband goes here and I just called them and told them I’m posted negative comments online and want a referral to see another doctor. My husband waits a minimum of 2-4 hours past his appointment time just to be seen for a routine appointment to check his blood pressure. This happens EVERY SINGLE appointment he has ever had. The doctors are actually great doctors for the care my husband needs but it takes all day to get in and out of there. Once he had an appointment at 4:00 and he didn’t leave the waiting room until after 7:00 PM!!! Don’t even bother scheduling an appointment here unless you have at least 4 hours to spare. Dr. Singh and his team are warm, very professional and fast treatment.

Do not go to this practice. Wait times are horrible (2 hours past appointment time). He asked numerous irrelevant questions about my work, who I work with, and almost immediately handed me a stack of cards to hand out, like some sort of salesman. I sat there and watched as this man asked Google about treatments for my condition. Absolutely repulsive behavior. If I give out any of his cards, it will be to make sure nobody steps foot in this office.

The stated wait time is completely wrong! My husband today is coming here for the very last time. The real waittime average is over 2 hours just to be called back for your appointment. My husbands appointment today was at 1:15pm. It’s now 3:41 pm and he’s still in the waiting room. As usual he’s been there for hours just waiting like all the other 20 patients. Waiting three hours. It’s not the doctors, I’m told, it’s that they only have one person to do triage for three doctors. They say 10 minutes per person. Three hours waiting? I know damn well 24 people have not been back for triage. This place is a joke.

They schedule my appointment for when I'm going to run out of medication so I can get checked out before refilling it. Then they say it'll be to the pharmacy in an hour. It's not. I call them and they say that it's a 24 hour turn around for prescriptions to be put through. 24 hours later and it's still not there. I call back and now they say it takes 3 days for prescriptions to go through. If I miss a dose, it can cause a heart attack. So why the hell are they scheduling my appointments for refills so close to when I run out if it takes 3 days (if that's the truth this time) to even get it to the pharmacy? Still holding out hope that they can get it to the pharmacy in time for the pharmacy to actually fill it before running out in two days. I am a 41 year old mother of 6 and I owe my life to this man. 3 years ago I started getting very sick and no one could figure this out. I was way to young for serious heart conditions but one visit with Dr. Singh I was referred to a E.P dr that said nothing was wrong with me. Dr. Singh did not buy that. He admitted me to Sunrise Hospital and sure enough I needed a pacemaker he would not allow them to release me until that happened. Thank you Dr. Singh you saved my life...

HORRIBLE wait times, 3 plus hours most of the time requested medical records over a month ago still waiting on them half the time cant get anyone on the phone to even talk to someone decided to go to Mayo Clinic and they requested records which they failed to provide and were given 2 weeks to get them there and it took 2 addl requests once we got to Mayo Clinic to finally get them! DEF skip this office!

If there was a way to give this doctor's office a negative 5, I'd be happy. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Appointment was set for 12:45. It is now 4:50 and I am barely being seen. These visits only last about 5 minutes once you are inside. Which leaves you to think? Why am I waiting outside for 3+ hours? Dr. Singh was part of a team that saved me from a heart failure due to 100% Aorta Blockage in June 2016, and is now my permanent Cardiologist. He is quite brilliant, personable and even comical sometimes, I trust him completely with my continued survival responsibility and consider him a friend as well. He has a VERY LARGE Patient Base and there might be delays and frustrations from the amount of patients that his Practice has to manage daily, but be patient, he is one of BEST and is worth it!!

Dr. Singh is the smartest, kindest, most caring cardiologist in Las Vegas. He is highly skilled in his field and saved my mother's life! I trust only him with her life. She has been alive for 20 years after her heart attack, living a happy, healthy life because of Dr. Singh, THE BEST!!

Took my aunt to her appt. When checking in asked how long the wait would be as this was for her heart and she tires easily so we tried to be there right on time, we were told just a few minutes and over an hour later finally were taken back. He spent less then 5 minutes with her and didn't seem to have time for questions. Extremely unimpressed will be signing her up for a new doctor.

Made an appointment for a follow up after a procedure before heading back home - from out of state. Appontment was set for 3:30PM.
