Dr. Ram K Puri

I have no problem at all with dr puri but the billing is so expensive when your retired and live on a retirement you do have that kind of money co insurance 125.00 plus each visit

Dr. Puri is nice, but his staff that runs the office are very rude, uncaring, and definitely in need of another job.

Dr. Puri is a great physician. He takes care of a lot of people. I must say that I do not care waiting because he is so detailed in checking meds and revising you. I have never experienced such a great customer service!

Dr. Ram Puri is one of the best doctors I’ve had the privilege to meet. He saved my life by finding an enlarged aorta on my heart. He guided me to surgery at Emory and they replaced my aorta and valve. If he had not found it, I probably wouldn’t be here today. I can highly recommend him as a friend and a great physician.

The doctor and medical staff are very good. The office staff is horrible. They billed Medicare and my insurance company for thousands of dollars of procedures the were never done. They also billed for appointments that I NEVER made. Office staff is rude and not very organized. I am changing my previous review from 5 to 2 because of this. I hate to have to find another physician, but this office staff has gone from excellent to poor since my original review.

Dr. Puri and the members of his staff at Middle Georgia Chest and Medical Center have been seeing me for COPD and respiratory infections since March of 2016. Dr. Puri is experienced and very knowledgeable, plus he is compassionate, considerate and really thorough. This doctor is a good listener. The staff here is super! They are organized and communicate well. They keep good records. I really like the printed summary of my office visit and clean, modern, comfortable facility. I am feeling much better and know what to do to stay well now that I am cared for at Middle Georgia Chest and Medical Center in Milledgeville, GA. I moved to the area from Atlanta and needed to find a local physician to manage my health. I had a terrific physician in Atlanta for over 20 years. Moving to a new area is stressful enough, but finding a physician that is knowledgeable, professional, personable, and takes the time to actually listen to the patient is very difficult. I normally do not write online reviews, but wanted to say how pleased I am with Dr. Ram Puri and "the entire office staff"

I called this office six times to pay a bill over the phone with my health savings card. It seems impossible to get a live staff member to take my money. I will have to stop by in person.
