I had an appointment Monday but when I arrived I was told it had been cancelled because I did not confirm. I received an automated phone call Friday but I was in Hickory. When I got home and received the message I could not call because the office closed at 12. I was told they had sent out a card last Wednesday but it arrived today post marked Friday, October 11. This is the most inept bunch I have ever seen. How are you supposed to confirm when the card is not sent in a timely manner and you can't call back because the office has closed early. Also by the way last time I saw the doctor he found a cataract he had missed before. My advise, go somewhere else. Great eye doctor. Very informative. Cares about his patients. Very friendly staff.

It’s hard to find a nice pair of glasses that my insurance will cover, but Joyce helped me find a great pair that was in my budget. Thanks, I love them!!!

Great eye Dr. With an awesome staff!!

Great bedside manner. I have so much anxiety about having my eyes touched and Dr. Maynard explains every test/procedure so well and is so quick that before I even have time to worry about it he's already done. Highly recommend. I won't go anywhere else.
