Dr. Heaven has been my oncologist since 2016. I was diagnosed with male breast cancer which is relatively rare and does not have the statistical data set that supports more common cancer treatments. He was very open to a second opinion and helped us get input from another well respected doctor. He has been very supportive and yet very plain spoken about my cancer and treatment. The staff at Texas Oncology was always very kind and professional during chemo treatments and made them as pleasant as possible. Dr. Heaven is a good man and a very good Doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.

Was able to get a appt pretty fast, was thorough, explained results clearly, took time to get history and answer questions. Made me feel comfortable and that my issues were relevant.

I would definitely not recommend this person.

He shouldn’t be a doctor. He was my Dad’s oncologist and I’m making the review for him. I’d be happy to share details but I doubt people would read pages of a review so I’ll summarize. Ex: He never kept in contact with the surgeon OR radiologist, yet he told my dad that the surgeon ordered a different kind of chemo (after Dad already went through 7 weeks) but when my dad called the surgeon, he said he hadn’t spoken to Heaven since the beginning of treatment and had definitely NOT ordered any new treatments. Ex: Heaven NEVER read my dad’s file. Every single appt he would have no idea what was going on but kept talking and telling us things as if he knew everything. He interrupts both of us before we can finish our questions. He FORGOT my Dad had already had a pet scan and was about to order one. Instead of reading the patient file, my dad had to REMIND his doctor of this previous scan. Ex: He diagnoses my dad with diabetes during his chemo treatments and then a couple appts later, told my dad that he would have to see his primary care doc for diabetes questions because all Heaven does is cancer. Again my dad reminded him that HE diagnosed him with diabetes and so he looked through the file and said, “oh yes I remember, we did do that!” I could go on and on but if you’re on the fence, don’t pick this guy. Dr Heaven treated me several years ago after my strokes. He was very thorough and found my blood disorders that caused the strokes. I have nothing but praise for Dr Heaven and his knowledge. He’s a great Dr.

My visit with Dr. Heaven was fine, but the lack of communication about which office my visit was supposed to be was not good! my original appointment was for the North side office, but they closed it during Spring Break and I had to go to the South side office which would have been fine IF I had known ahead of time. I had to call after I got to the North side to find out what was going on and where I should be which made my appointment later than it should have been.

Dr Heaven explains your test results in detail. He is very knowledgeable, kind and takes his time to answer all your questions. Would highly recommend.

My first office visit with Dr. Heaven went really well. I feel very confident that his role in my treatments and health care will be very successful. I look forward to having him as my Dr.

Dr. Heaven and staff were very professional in a very caring way. I am speaking for my aunt, Norma Irion. The news of her condition was not what we wanted to hear but Dr. Heaven presented her prognosis compassionately. His recommendation was for Hospice care which has been pursued at Haskell Healthcare Center. Thanks for all you do. Robbie Peiser

Dr Heaven is an exceptional doctor who provides excellent care. He takes the time to explain treatments and answer all questions.

Dr Heaven has taken good care of me since 2006. I have only good to say about him.

Dr. Heaven is a caring man not only as a Doctor, he explains things very carefully and makes sure you are comfortable with any procedure. My opinion is that he is an outstanding care provider.

Yes I would and have recommended Dr Heaven in the past. He has treated several members Of my family over the years. Ge us professional, kniwledgeable and caring of his patients abd their whole well-being.

Took great care of my husband.

Dr.Heaven always takes an appropriate amount of time to address all my questions, although patients must be prepared for a delay from appointment times.

Dr. Heaven is a very good doctor. He and his staff always take time to explain things. I would definitely recommend him to other patients.

Dr Heaven & staff are always kind & concerned. They have made every effort to find and implement the best treatments for me. Dr. Heaven always takes time to discuss my lab work, test results & treatment with me.

Dr Heaven is very smart. He doesn't recommend what doesn't know thoroughly. After nearly 8 years with Multiple Myeloma, I think he's the best Doc I've ever had... Hands down!

Extremely kind. The front sign in girl was rude and condescending. She treated my elderly mother terribly. She was beyond rude and borderline hateful to me. Others in the waiting room voiced their opinion about how she treated us. My elderly mother was not feeling well and was talking slow and moving slow and the girl told her to hurry up. Not good. As sick as she was feeling I was not allowed to stay wirh her on the waiting room so I stood outside the front glass where I could still keep an eye on her. If mother didn’t absolutely love Dr Heaven then we would be going somewhere else. He is amazing but that girl doing the temperature scans and directing you where to go needs to be replaced.

Dr. Heaven is a straight shooter - He will tell you like it is - I put all my trust in him - I want go to any other Doctor unless Dr. Heaven recommends them and tells me to go . Texas Oncology is a top notch cancer treatment center - I do not go any where else - All the nurses are great and know what there job is

Dr. Heaven is always ready with my test results and his explanations are awesome. I always understand the test results and feel he has studied my chart and testing.

Dr Ralph Heaven is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I Have ever had! He is very informative and he is smart in his field. He can explain the most difficult questions that I have ask! He is very caring and takes his time with you during your visits too him! I love Dr Heaven and I would recommend him too anyone who is needing a doctor for a disease in his field !

Was first visit with Dr.Heaven, had seen Dr. Baig previously and he has moved. Dr. Heaven went over my records with me explained everything I needed to know. Very informative and helpful. I thank him for taking me on as a patient.

Dr Heaven told me my kidneys weren’t filtering properly, but he didn’t think I needed dialysis at this time. That was really a shock since no one had ever told me that. We talked that the 1 Aleve I take shouldn’t hurt. After that, I don’t remember anything else he said and he left. He didn’t tell me what I could do to help, change my diet or anything. I’m really concerned that I didn’t get any guidelines on what I needed to do. I googled kidney disease and went to my primary Dr. to know what was going on.

Dr. Heaven is a wonderful Doctor. He is patient and does research to find the most appropriate treatment for the problem. My daughter looks forward to her visit every 3 months. Dana Perry

Dr. Heaven dignoised my brother with cancer around 2006 told him it was terminal and he needed to just go home and enjoy the rest of his life . We are now in 2017 and my brother is enjoy his family and life . Thank God we took him to Dallas and and thank God for God .
