I have been going to Dr Franks every 6 mos for several years for knee injections, and won't go anywhere else! He's fantastic. Appointments start on time and he knows that I like to get in and get out. He's very personable. Can't say enough good things about him.

Dr Franks knew exactly what was wrong with me and his health plan will get me and my arthritis in control.

Since my first and he follow up visit, I can truly say that Dr. Frank's is very knowledgeable in his profession, he explains everything clearly and made me feel confident to trust him knee treatment, I had to do a knee injection and I was very anxious and close to cancel the appointment but I went and after he explained the process, I was calm and after he did it I was like okay that's it? Lol, after I got home that's when the pain started but it was expected as he already told me about the side effects and what to do to heal. He is a very excellent and attentive doctor.

Dr Frank’s is a rare find has a grasp on the issue at hand and the medical knowledge to ascertain the solution. He listens to everything and the makes sure he knows all the details. If more Dr’s were like him the world would be a better place.

I have personally known Dr. Franks for 25 years (he was one of my medical students I taught at OLOL) and could not be prouder of a former student and now, "medical colleague"; he is personable, yet extremely knowledgeable; he knows I am an athlete and am looking for pain relief and the best outcome possible. He strives for making the patient aware of choices and is honest about the best outcomes for the individual patient. Given the degree of my Orthopedic issues, I will be keeping Rothman and Dr. Franks, in business for a long time! Great doctor!!!!

Dr. Franks has a horrible bedside manner. I found him to be impatient and apathetic about my health situation and the needs I tried to relay about my care. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Franks was thorough on his examination. Thought I had a hip problem here was my back he sent me for PT, the training room in haddonfield was great, and now I am able to sleep at night without any problems. Very nice bedside manners. My son has a knee problem and he is now going there to see Dr. Franks. All staff from the time you go in until the time you leave are all very nice.

Dr Franks was awesome. My problem in my knee flared during the pandemic. A video visit revealed I needed to be seen in office. I went right in and got treatment. He listens, answers any questions and addresses my concerns. I have a phobia w needles in my knee. He was patient and did not hurt me at all. Great doctor!!!

I found Dr. Franks to be thorough during my examination. He took his time with me, answered all my questions and really appeared to care. Dr. Franks is very knowledgeable and experienced in his field of practice and I highly recommend him!

Dr Franks is always available to discuss my concerns and has been able to keep me going without invasive surgery. I can reach him and his staff through their patient portal at any time! Very caring and compassionate physician- highly recommended to my friends and family.

Dr. Franks is by far one of the best doctors I have ever had in my life. Some words that come to mind: professional, caring, knowledgeable. I could go on. Other doctors should learn from his sincere bedside manners. I would highly recommend him and Rothman all day every day.

Dr. Franks listened you me, examined my knee. I spent time to carefully tell me what the problem was and what I needed to do. He also was very patient in answering all my questions. I have already recommended him to friends who are dealing with sports injuries.

7 years ago Dr. Franks figured out what was wrong with my knees when nobody else could. He helps me manage my pain and found a treatment for me that’s acceptable to an active person without relying on surgery. He’s the man!

Dr. Franks has been a pleasure to work with throughout the last year. I trusted him and his recommendations for my 14 year old son when he fractured his growth plate in his shoulder.

Dr. Franks is a very courteous and conscientious Physician who takes pride in his specialty. He reviews all options and uses surgery as the last and not first option.

Meeting Dr. Franks for the first time I was pleased and impressed that he was going to begin with the least invasion procedure. In just four weeks time I am showing improvement with the suggestions and procedures he has given me. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Franks and will highly recommend him to friends and family.

I had a troublesome injury to my shoulder. Dr. Franks got to the bottom of my problem, got me into The Training Room for some rehab and I am making great progress! I paid attention to how he addressed my issue and it was dead on. Ultimately I am very pleased

Dr. Franks is simply amazing!! I took my son to several doctors in the area for treatment. None were able to diagnose him until we went to Dr. Franks. He was extraordinarily thorough and compassionate. If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is comprehensive, treats the whole person, and takes the time to treat you like a human being while you happen to be a patient , then Dr. Franks is someone you should consider visiting. His assistant Matthew was awesome too. Bravo!

Dr Franks has treated both of my daughters. My younger daughter was misdiagnosed prior to seeing Dr. Franks. When her pain in her back began again months later we saw Dr. Franks. He was able to correctly diagnos her and finally get her pain free and back into sports. Our other daughter has been a patient of his with a shoulder injury, She has had a bad shoulder for 5+ years. Through Dr Franks and the Physical Therapist he sent her to she is finally seeing improvement in her shoulder

There are doctors and their staffs, and then you have this physician and his staff: Dr. Franks, Matt, Jessica, referrals to PT Jennifer Liss and Dr. Scott Edmonds..wow..simply incredible. My 10 year old son sustained a serious concussion playing tackle football. These people not only treated and cured his concussion, but also diagnosed, treated and cured a significant underlying pre-existing condition affecting his vision and reading. Drs. Franks and Edmonds are truly at the top of this game.
