Dr. Carter tries to come across as if he cares, but all he seems to care about are his own interests and making the money to cover them. Had several appointments with him ending with not only incorrect diagnoses, but procedures which created secondary issues. Ended up going to another physician to regain my health.
Dr Carter is sufficient for a common cold. Nothing more. He simply does not personally care about his patients, he is looking for a simple fix in a short amount of time. After three bad experiences with my family in the last few years, I certainly do not recommend him!
