2011 per court order I scheduled an appointment via Dr Richard Alloy PhD wth Dr Berman. 1st impressions - No office staff, clean quiet waiting rm wth a sign in sheet & supplied rest room. Berman greeted me wth a friendly smile invited me in to sit & chat. Immediate to our conversation he stated I needed medication. He seemed to ingore I was homeless, had desperate needs to seek support for Family Mediation, group counseling. He told me I was too happy. I grade this drug deale ground zero.

Very attentive and responsive, with the experience and qualifications to make actual, relevant observations and suggestions . It's extremely refreshing to have someone be able to explain things in scientific terms, with literal solutions, rather than the endless obscure metaphors and inapplicable rhetoric that councilors/therapists have to offer.
Very approachable, committed, sensitive.Easy to talk with, nice sense of humor. Very caring.Really a great doctor.
