The doctors are great. But the lab is supposed to be open at 7 and the lab tech is never on time. If you can’t make it by 7, then change the hours. For those with blood sugar issues who need to do fasting bloodwork, this becomes problematic.

DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE!!! THEY CHARGE FOR BLOOD DRAW $50.00 ON TOP OF YOUR COPAY ADDITIONALLY, SEND THE IT TO A LAB WITH ADDITIONAL CHARGES OF $500.00 .... THIS IS ROBBERY HOW DARE YOU DO THIS TO PEOPLE YOU VERMANS!!!!

PA is very knowledgeable however ALL of the front desk women are rude. Today they were and 2 years ago they were still rude. If you need insurance and drs to be on the same page also be prepared to wait... forever

For two years we have had excellent care and service until it was time for us to depend on the staff to fax orders to a hospital for a procedure. After many phone call and lots of wasted time I ended up at the office wait to hand carry the orders. While wait, I learned the orders were lost and had to be rewritten! The staff is a mess! My mom need this medication and so far we have wasted almost three weeks. The piece of paper they just handed me would have taken no more than five minutes to write! Dr. Patell is a great doctor. Great visit today and he helped me with a treatment plan today to deal with my hypoglycemic episodes. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Dr. Rakesh Patel and staff are absolutely amazing! They've gotten my diabetes under control. I've gone from an A1c of 12 to 7.4. I have been regulated with my health and it's been amazing! Thank you so much!

Stay away from Dr. Patel and his staff. If you actually want to see the Doctor then this isn’t the place for you! I have 3 visits with PA’s and on my fourth visit finally saw the Doctor. Between being seen by PA’s and the Doctor they have changed my treatment three different times. Regarding the front desk team they can only be described nicely as horrible to deal with as the will give you the run around and also making an appointment a nightmare. They are very friendly. Dr. Patel and the nurse practitioner Shannon are pretty good on what they do. Also they have a lab there to your blood work. So you don't have go to other places for blood work. Also they offer a class for diabectics to know what to eat.

It is. Very difficult to get a prescription refilled. 4 occasions in 2 years I have had to go without synthroid. Earful. My pharmacist has told me that they have had a difficult time with this clinic. They do not return calls. So sad. Dr Patel and Shannon are good but being forced to find another physician.

My experience with this clinic has been exceptional. I see the physician assistant, Sanket Shah and I say he is professional and great at explaining his concerns and treatment plans for me.

Dr.Rakesh Patel is the goodest doctor ever!! he helped with my hormones and diabetes he is an amazing doctor and would recommend to anyone going through puberty ????????????

Yes it's not easy to actually get the first appointment, but Dr. Patel and his associates are well worth the patience required. AWESOME Doctor, awesome staff!

He has been very helpful for my diabetes. I went from barely being being able to walk to now limping across the floor. I made such a big improvement I'm am glad for the excellent service and awesome office. He also cured me of Hiv, Malaria,ebola,cancer, and typhoid fever!!!

I've been with Dr. R. Patel since 1999. This is an exceptional practice with a holistic approach to treating diabetes. I love him and his staff - you'd be lucky to be his patient!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Patel for several years now. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone needing a friendly caring doctor. After seeing the nurse to update your file with meds etc. you are then taken directly to his office to discuss your bloodwork. He is very knowledgeable and goes over any questions you may have and I don't feel rushed. I feel going into his office is more personable than him coming into the exam room. Thanks Dr. Patel for being such a Great Dr.

I always saw an assistant and never Dr. Patel. They gave my name and contact information to a medicine sales rep without my permission. I would see personal papers I gave them as well as other patients information laying haphazardly around the office for other patients to see. Very unprofessional office. I should have never gone back after the first visit. I would not recommend this office.

I went to there office twice already but never met Dr Patel only the Nurse Practitioner. I am a new patient and I was not reviewed by the Doctor, I felt strange and when I asked why is that the Dr is not meeting the patient the nurse mentioned that he will meet next time. When I went back again I still only met the Nurse Practitioner. I am never going back to this practice, they charges Doctors Rate for a Nurse. I never saw such practice till date. Overly extremely dissatisfied

My wife is Nadia's patient and the response from this office is pathetic to say the least. nobody would ever attend your phone call or ever going to call you back no matter what the situation is. every time you try to reach the doctor or doctor's nurse, it goes to an automated voice mail saying that calls would be returned in 24 hours. total BS. never got a call from this office ever. i am writing this review after going to this office for about 2 years. don't know why we took this crap for so long. shame on us. would not recommend this doctor or office to anyone.
