I was sent to Dr Patel as a change in Cardiology he and his staff have turned out to be the best. Efficient and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who has heart issues.

Very upfront about what is happening with my heart. Let me know what the next steps would be and what to expect. Set me at ease with what needed to be done and how we could improve my future outlook on life.

All medical staff and Dr. Patel listened to me and my concerns, explained in detail what procedures I was going to expect in future visits. I felt very comfortable with this practice.

Dr. Patel was very professional, listens well, but his assistant dr., was awesome. She walked me through the whole process.

Cardio problems are enough drama without worrying about your physician, I am so very pleased that I was referred to Dr. Patel. I actually got the referral from my surgeon which says a lot!

Very courteous staff. Friendly and attentive. No long wait time either. Dr. Patel was very nice.

Dr. Patel has the absolute best bedside manner and is very thorough in reviewing your history. He really cares about the patients as an individual and gets to know them. He’s very caring and kind! The kind of doctor everyone deserves to have in their court!

The appointment was a quick one. I had my blood pressure taken, and went over my medications. Then I was told to make an appointment for an echocardiogram and a follow up to get the results.

Appointments are efficient and always on time. Good Evaluation time with Dr Patel who explains everything very well.

Phoenix Heart has been my cardiac provider for fifteen years. Dr Patel also provided Cardiac care for my wife before she passed. I have never had a complaint about Dr Patel's care and advice. Kristen, is an astonishing asset to Dr Patel. She is extremely compassionate, listens attentively, without interrupting, and never makes one feel rushed, even if the patient is aware that she is diligently trying to catch up on her work load. Can’t imagine a more competent assistant. She is very special.

Dr. Patel and his staff have shown me respect and professionalism on my first visit. The office has plenty of patients but noone waits long. On my initial visit I was handled efficiently and comprehensively. I have confidence in Dr. Patel and his staff from this first encounter.

Dr Patel has been taking care of my cardio needs for over 20 years. I'm alive today because of him. Every step of the way has been seen through thoroughly by Dr Patel with no inconvenience to me. His support staff, including other doctors, nurses and administrative personnel, are equally as wonderful. Highly recommend.

As of my experience, Dr. Rajul Patel is an awesome cardiologist / heart specialist. He is thorough and attentive. He discussed the issues in details. Explained the treatment in a manner clearly understood. I liked the practices followed at Phoenix Heart in general. Dr. Patel was very thorough and helpful, but was provided only written files from VA, as he needs to view recent Ultrasounds, MRIs and X-rays that were not forwarded. His staff will have those obtained soon.

Dr Patel and The NP and PA working with him are excellent. Never had a long wait for any appointment authorizations have been completed in a timely manner

I have always felt that Dr. Patel wanted to see that I was given the best care. He diagnosed correctly a condition I had when other doctors had missed for some time. I am grateful for that.

Dr. Patel is very concerned for his patients, l have been with him since 2003. He will be up front, and honest with you. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for him. He listens to you. Hope he don't retire ever.

Filled in my info a few clicks later I was done 2-3 minutes later called in professional easy to talk to took care of business. Based on my own personal experience I would Highly Recommend Dr. Rajul Patel and Phoenix Heart. They were able to get me in to be seen very quickly. Very short waiting period upon my arrival. Office Staff are Friendly, Caring and Helpful. Very Clean ,Professional and Comfortable Environment. In my honest opinion Dr. Rajul Patel is an Amazing Cardiologist/Doctor. Thank you Phoenix Heart . Made initial consultation WITH Dr. Patel. I specifically asked the scheduler to verify that I will be seeing the Doctor and not a PA. She confirmed that I would see the Doctor. Upon arrival, I was 9-minutes early for my appointment, but had to wait behind 4 other patients checking in. When I finally got to the front desk, she said I am 4-minutes late and need to reschedule. I politely rescheduled, however, when I was waiting over 45-minutes in the room; the PA comes in to see me. I stated to her that this was not the appointment I scheduled. I scheduled to see the actual Doctor, not a PA, as I am a patient who has had (2) MI’s, (4) Stints, and a very concerning 4.5 cm Aortic Ascending Aneurysm. After explaining my situation and concerns for why I am not seeing the Doctor I specifically made the appointment with, the PA begrudgingly went and got Dr. Patel who stood in the doorway and said, “how can I help”. Unbelievable. He spent exactly 92-seconds with me. Don’t use him!

Dr. Patel was in and out in less than 4 min. He was too busy to answer all my questions, because he had another patient to see. He dismissed the side effects of Carvedilol. No time to build any rapport. The Phoenix Heart Institute appears to be a “heart” meatmarket with very little time to build rapport with its patients. The experience my wife and I went through in the clinic on 7 Jan 2020 was one of the most humiliating episodes I have ever encountered in a doctor’s office. We were greeted by the Nurse from Hell, a poor excuse for a health practitioner…no empathy, no compassion, arrogant, dismissive, and lacking in authenticity. Moreover, after her cell phone rang for the 5th time I gave her a stare that suggested she turn it off. She complied. No excuse for the nurse to be all over the place when the patient is attempting to build a dialogue about his case.

I am 35 years old and never thought that I would be needing a Cardiologist so soon. I am so glad I found Dr Patel, I always leave feeling informed and better about my situation. Thank you...
