On-time. Nice friendly doctor. Good explanation of problem and treatment.

I’ve seen Dr Ray for years, he is very professional and caring. He takes the time to listen to you and explain things properly.

I hadn’t seen Dr Ray in ten years but he made me feel as if it was yesterday. He is kind, patient, understanding and very generous with his time. He never makes you feel like he’s rushing to see his next patient. And he talks to you and answers your questions in words you can understand.

Dr. Ray was very thorough in explaining everything to me

I always receive a good advice and treatment from Dr.Ray for the problem I have with my kidneys. One problem I had at my last visit and a phone conversation before that, was having to deal with a very rude secretary at the front desk!

Dr Ray was very positive and upbeat when talking about my diagnosis. Good doctor who obviously knows more than I do. Would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Ray is very thorough and takes time to explain the plan of action as well as results of the plan in motion. He’s excellent and would recommend everyone to go to him for renal conditions

Dr Ray is an excellent, compassionate and thorough MD. I have seen him for the last 10 years and he has always taken the time to answer any questions and explain medical and lab results in terminology that is easily understood. He has even helped me himself (by calling them) securing appointments with other specialists for me. He communicates with my other team of MD's.

Thankfully and finally I found this doctor (after being referred by my primary doctor) who looks at you, listens to you and explains what's going on in simple words that a lay man can understand. Also, I noticed that he doesn't keep looking at the computer screen during the entire visit, like lot of doctors do these days!

I have been a patient for 3 years now and have only seen this doctor twice. Anne the PA does all the heavy lifting for this office. Dr Ray comes into dialysis once a month, listens to your heart beat asks if you have heard anything from the transplant team. SHOULDN'T THAT BE YOUR JOB DOCTOR? To talk to my transplant team? and for this 30 second interaction (i'm being generous) Medicare gets a bill for $500. A perfect example of Fraud if ever there was one
