It’s more about the clinic that Dr R. Reddy works for and how the staff is allowed to treat people. Poor customer service, unfeeling, rude, and very detached from their jobs. You’re treated as you are beneath them. If you’re late to your appointment you won’t be seem but they make you sit in the lobby 20 to 30 minutes. I was 13 minutes late after driving an hour and they want to reschedule my appointment. Dr R. Reddy cares move more about my husband health than mine. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this clinic
Dr Reddy has great bed side manners. He takes the time for his patients and listens. There are times it feels like he cares about my husband more than myself. Heâs office nurse sometimes come across cold and rude. The clinic is very clean but has ridiculous rules and the front office staff is very unfriendly uncaring and rude. Donât be late to your appointments because you wonât be seem. They already make you wait 20 Minutes to be seem. But donât be lateâ¦.. The front treat all the people as low income below them. Dr. Reddy deserves a better staff to run the front office and maybe his reviews would be better. I work customer service myself and manage an office - I have amazing people under me. Iâve been with him 21 year but after today front office deal Iâm done and Mr. Henson and myself will find a new doctor.
