Dr Gupta took care of all 4 of my children and now my grandkids see him. He’s an amazing doctor, he listens to what you have to say. I recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Gupta is great. Very thorough, hard worker and accessible. I have had to use his on-call weekend phone service twice and had no issues. He returned my call within 10-15 minutes and was able to help our son. Has always notified us of anything important.

We came in with our sick kid with concern for ear infection in addition to something else possibly. He told us he had the flu, and wanted to treat him for it without testing then instead of looking in his ears he asked our child if his ear hurt. When our child said no the doctor told us he did not have an ear infection. Love this place best doctors office I have ever taken my kids to if there sick I just call in and they will get you in the same day would definitely recommend zanesville pediatrics to anyone they are so good with kids and they make sure they answer all your questions the staff is kind would give this place a 100% best place for kids

We absolutely love Dr. Gupta. We switched to him when our oldest daughter was 6, she has severe asthma and he was highly recommended. We’ve been with Zanesville Pediatric’s for 3 years now and can’t say enough great things about our children’s care. He really goes above and beyond and we can’t thank him enough for all the efforts he has put in with our family. Getting us into specialists we needed to see, calling us HIMSELF to check on our daughter. And never rushing through our appointments. So if the office is running a little behind schedule I’m always ok with it because I know he takes his time with each and every patient. Thank you Dr. Gupta! The Hittle Family. This place up and made my son a inactive patient and said he would no longer be seen there. I asked why and they said they had no idea. Some kind of notice would of been nice! We were just there a few months ago. I won't even go into all the issues I had when he was a patient there with the old NP. The wait time is ridiculous, If i scheduled a appointment for a certain time it was never that time. It was always 1 hr to 1.5 hrs later. They definitely do not understand scheduling or anything. Last night my son got SO sick. I called his doctor's office, Dr. Collett with Zanesville prediatrics, at 9. They OFFERED me an appointment at 10:40 with the CNP. I get their at 10:20. SEVEN people were seen before me (I know there are multiple doctors in that office, so whatever). By 11:20, the nurse asks me who I'm waiting for bc they forgot to check me in. She then calls me up to the desk and tells me they WONT be able to see my son because there is a billing issue. A billing issue that could have been fixed within seconds!! By this point, I've sat in that office for an hour only to be told they will NOT treat my 2 year old with a fever, RASH, cough and vomiting. I asked the receptionist why she thought it was okay to give me an appointment time, make me wait an hour, only to be told my SICK TODDLER couldn't be seen. At this point, SHE TELLS ME MATTHEW IS NO LONGER A PATIENT, AND TELLS ME TO LEAVE THEN SLAMS THE GLASS DOOR IN MY FACE. I AM ABSOLUTELY disgusting by this. Since when does money trump the health of a CHILD?! I love Dr Collett and Dr Gupta and I am so sad that they allow such people to be the face of their practice and take care of babies. I get stuff happens. Had they explained what was going on when I called everything could have been resolved. HAD THEY EVEN APPOLOGIZED TO ME, I would understand. If you, or you know anyone who goes to Zanesville Pediatrics, just know they are NOT in the best interest of the children. I would STRONGLY advise looking into other offices. I couldn't imagine turning away a child. A CHILD that is so ill they can barely stand. He's being tested at the ER now for strep, double ear infection and the flu. Dr Collett is one of the best doctors I have ever dealt with. But to be treated so poorly for the staffs mistakes, and treating me the way I was in front of my sick baby, is appalling. Wonderful Dr. with an amazing staff!

Physicians and staff take the time to get to know the patient and family. Everyone is very personable, professional, and friendly.

Highly recommended Dr Gupta. We transferred our son to his office last year. We are very impressed with the physicians, nurse practitioner, and staff. They are always friendly and take the time to listen.

My son was immediately taken into the practice when we moved here 4 years ago (unlike myself who had to wait 6 months for an appt with a PCM). Over that time we have had the opportunity to see all three practitioner's. The treatment is always consistent, thorough, current and professional across the team. The thoughtfulness of care with each situation is like he is their own son. I wish he could stay with them into adulthood! I have often, and will continue, to highly recommend this practice to others!!! I’ve been taking my kids to Dr. Gupta for 11 years, and I wouldn’t ever think of taking them anywhere else! The staff is amazing and always there for my kids when needed! The common cold, unexplainable rash, sore throat or ears, Type 1 issues, immunizations, allergy testing, well visits, sports physicals... you name it, my kids have had it and they help me through it every step of the way! If you want a doctor for your child who will show as much love and concern for them as you do as their parent, look no further; Dr. Gupta and his team at Zanesville Pedatrics is your answer! I have had my children in the office for the last 12 years!!! Love the office they are in now, so kid friendly. I have never been in the office longer than an hour and a half. The doctors and the new nurse practitioner Becky are so attentive, compassionate and caring. They honestly listen! The staff is terrific, they always go above and beyond for all of their patients. I will never go anywhere else. I have had my children in the office for the last 12 years!!! Love the office they are in now, so kid friendly. I have taken my kids to Dr. Gupta for 18+ years. Now he sees my grandchildren. I love this office and the staff. His new nurse practitioner Becky is wonderful with the babies. I can call the office if they are sick and given an appointment the same day and never leave without my questions being answered. I never feel like a bother to them and they are always polite and friendly to me. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Gupta. I have taken my kids to Dr. Gupta for 18+ years. Wee have used Dr Gupta for over 15 years and will use him until we no longer have kids under 18. Thank you Dr Gupta and all of his staff for always being so wonderful.

I was 17 years old when I had my first son. Every one of my friends recommended Dr. Gupta and so I decided to go with him. My son was 3 days old when he seen Dr. Gupta for the first and last time (I didn’t know that would be the last time) Babies usually have to go to the doctors office quite a few times in the first year of life, whether it’s for a lil cold you’re worried about or annual checkups/shots. Each time my son had a visit, I would see the nurse practitioner, which I understand a doctor can be busy sometimes, and I know sometimes you have to see a nurse practitioner, which I didn’t mind, except when I’m only seeing the nurse practitioner for my sons first 18 months of life. His doctor at this point would have NO clue on who he was and if something was to happen to my son, he would only have records to look at to try to figure out who my son is and what type of medical attention he needs. *The sad thing is, my son was about 4 months old or so when the nurse practitioner said to me that it looks like he may have “cystic fibrosis” which is a condition that both parents must be carriers of CF in order for the child to have it. -Neither his father or I are carriers of it- and at the time I was scared and I had to watch my son be put through a lil bit of a traumatic experience for him all for nothing, since there would be no way he could have CF.* (this part was just to show that it isn’t always best to have a nurse practitioner always since there was no reason for that test) Now back to the point that his doctor never seen him, I had mentioned to the office a few times that I would like for my son to actually see his doctor. I even tried to have my son switched to the other doctor there because she actually sees her patients, and I was told it was a “conflict of interest” if my son was to switch doctors there. Even though my son basically didn’t have a doctor, since he only seen Gupta once when he was 3 days old. I decided to wait and ask again until my second son was born and once he was born, I tried to see if his (my seconds) doctor could be the other doctor there, and was informed it would be a conflict of interest for my boys to have two different doctors there. At this point I decided just to be done with them and I switched my boys to a different doctors office. (I’m glad I did, they actually get to see their doctor EVERY visit even sick visits and he knows who they are and remembers different problems they may have had) Now, once I switched I was then told my boys could have two different doctors there and that if I ever wished to return, my oldest son could always go back to seeing Gupta (LOL YEAH RIGHT) And they also did admit that my son hadn’t seen Gupta since he was 3 days old (they could see that through his file or whatever) Then I decided to leave a review on Facebook so other parents could see the experience I went through and if they had a similar experience that they knew it could get better. Well, the doctors office tried calling me out on not saying anything to them about wanting to see his doctor during visits, which I had quickly fixed them and told them that I had mentioned it to them numerous times as well as there’s NO reason a doctor should not see his patients at least once a year. They then deleted their reply and reposted it, so that my reply to it would be gone, but luckily I had a screenshot and just commented it on the review, so they couldn’t delete it again and others could see how unprofessional they were. Since leaving a review on their Facebook, I noticed that they no longer have an option to leave reviews, so I decided I would leave a review on Google in hopes that others will see it and think twice before going here. Dr. Collett has taken care of both my kids since we moved to Ohio in 2011. I love the office and staff! They are always professional and polite

I would always refer anyone to He was an actor t my own children and now is my granddaughter's doctor as well. He always takes the time to get to know his patients, and their families. and is very patient with questions and concerns. My kids loved him and so does my granddaughter :)

I am 20 and have gone to Dr. Gupta my entire life. Sadly i have to switch to a different physician this year due to my age, but my whole family recommends him to everyone we know. He is terrific!

Dr.Gupta has been with my child since he has been about 4 months, and now that he is 19.. he refuses to see any other doctor. We once to take him to another doc and he looked at this man and said can you call Dr.Gupta to see what his thoughts are this .

We went through four different doctors to find out what was wrong with my son's breathing. The first time we went to see Dr. Gupta, he listened to him for one minute (without me even mentioning his breathing problems), and he found he had RAD. Everyone in the office is wonderful, and we will never go anywhere else!

Dr.Gupta is AWESOME. I have had him as my children's pediatrician since 2005. I would not even consider changing providers. He is very thorough and I know he truly cares about his patients and FAMILIES!!!. My oldest son was transported to Children's Hospital one evening from Genesis ER. Dr.Gupta received the ER report and called us right away to see what was going on and if we needed anything. I don't always get to see him at the appointments, however that is fine because Dr.Collett and Gigi NP are just as AWESOME!!! Parents need to understand that physicians/ providers are normal people just like them and sometimes they need time off too! I am so happy that he was able to build his own office. The building is decorated to where any childs anxiety level should decrease from the time they enter the door. I was able to do some of my NP clinicals with him and his staff and I can't even start to comment on the knowldege that they shared. Dr.Gupta is AWESOME. I have and will always recommend Dr. Gupta to my family and friends. He has been my children's doctor and now my grandchildren's doctor. I couldn't be happier with the care that he has provided. There is rarely a time where we have not been in and out of the office within an hour or hour and a half. I do not ever wonder if I have made the right choice in my decision with this office.

We have been seeing Dr. Gupta for 5 years now. We have 3 children. Even our children love Dr. Gupta. He has wonderful bedside manners. He is the most knowledgeable Dr. we have seen to date. He actually listens to you and takes time to see if you have any questions and answers them. Too many doctors do not listen. They already form a diagnosis and do not hear anything you say after the first minute in the room with you. You can tell that Dr. Gupta genuinely cares for kids and loves his job

Dr Gupta has a wonderful beside manner. He has a way of making his patients feel at ease. My daughter likes him a lot better than her last pediatrician. The staff is very friendly and professional and the facility is nice and clean. We are happy we found Zanesville Pediatrics. N. Everett

I love Dr Gupta, he has been a terrific Dr to my daughter. BUT i am a little more than put off by my last experience there. My daughter hasnt had to go to see him for a year, i made an appt yesterday and took her in. We went to the office at the hospital....well guess what? His office isnt there anymore! Nothing in the mail, nothing when i made the appointment - i was jsut supposed to know this?? Then i called to let them know we were running late due to teh fact taht I went to the old office because no one told me that they had moved, and they laughed? Needless to say Dr Gupta wasnt there - the NP was there and saw my daughter. The place looked dirty, it was disorganized, the staff was completely unpleasant....it is unfortunate but i will not be going back there. I hope he sees that he may be losing paitients due to his incompetent staff. Sad. I love Dr Gupta, he has been a terrific Dr to my daughter.
