Never on time, rarely answers phone calls,

terrible service they never are on time for appointments either. this place is a joke. don't waste your time here.

So many bad experiences at this office, and SOO many appointments that were 1-4 hours late. Ask other patients they’ll confirm. And to this office: it’s not libel if it’s the truth.

They never Answer the phone they never call you back they don’t call your prescriptions in when it’s time for your refills they wait till your refills are overdue before they even tried to call in your prescription and then you always have to have a prior approval even though I can have another doctor write the same exact medicine and iit will go through every time with no problem these people are lazy they do not do their job and they do not care about their patients

Quite honestly the dirtiest most un professional so called medical Clinic I have ever been to. Just look around if you decide to get ripped off. Look in the office and bathroom unbelievable. Oh yea bring lots of cash and you will get 1 week of meds. Every week they suck cash out of you. This is before you have to wait at pharmacy and pay them too. Just find someone else/

Doctors are always late. You need to wait forever to be seen. Going to find another place to go.

Your never are seen at the time they give you appointment. This doctor is a fucking joke.

A most excellent and compassionate physician! I extend this compliment to her nurse practitioners. I have never felt rushed, while sometime you need to leave messages, that’s ok, I know I’m not the only patient. Her after hours number is extremely efficient and effective, the nurse who answers remains in constant contact with Dr. Dimkpa. I plan ahead, but sometimes things come up, they do attend to me and I have never been ignored. Dr. Dimkpa truly is unique as she shows true and honest compassion. I know I am not her only patient and their are many experiencing more difficult challenges, but not once has she ever made me feel that I was less important than anyone else even if I feel the weight of the world is on me, she has never dismissed my pain and has treated me as an individual and never compared me to anyone. Her compassion is worth waiting for! I will sit and wait for my appointment knowing she is with someone who probably showed up feeling possibly as emotional as me.

She doesn't deserve even one star. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

The only way to talk to someone there is to go to the office. I went there on Monday they said they would take care of the problem. They didn't. I have called at least once every day since. I went to visit this medical professional last year (2018). The office was jam-packed and they required me to take an exhaustive drug test even though I was there willingly about a mental health issue not related to drug abuse at all. The office restroom where the test was required was unsanitary and once I finally was called back to see this psychiatrist well over two hours after my scheduled appointment time, she barely listened to me and rushed me through a twenty minute session even though I was told I was getting (and PAYING) for a 60 minute assessment session with this medical professional. She was condescending and rude and tried to take over handling my medication even though she had done absolutely nothing to earn my trust. I never went back. Fast forward a year and I receive a bill from Mako Medical Laboratories for the expensive drug tests (It was over $200 for the tests). First of all, it's ridiculous that she waited that long to get my samples tested and then they waited a ridiculous amount of time to charge me for those tests. I paid it, because I did get a drug test completed and I pay my bills. But three months later, I received another bill for the exact same drug tests for the exact same amount and I have proof that I paid this bill already in the form of a receipt. The billing for the drug test a second time probably has nothing to do with Dimkpa, BUT she is using a sketchy medical laboratory company to manage her drug testing and I don't appreciate being charged for a service I did not need or want. tl;dr: don't go to this psychiatrist for anything at all if you have any possible choice in the matter. Do NOT go see this doctor in Concord unless you have at least 3 hours to sit!! My first appointment was at 1pm, and at 2:15 I finally let them know I had to leave by 3pm to get my child from school, so she squeezed me in, which caused four other people to have to wait even longer because they were scheduled ahead of me. My second visit, my appointment was at 10am and I wasn't even called back for a drug screen until 11am and didn't see the doctor for over an hour after that!! This doctor schedules a bunch of people all at once and my best guess is it's because she's making a FORTUNE off these Suboxone patients! No person should have to wait over two hours or more to see the doctor when they have a scheduled appointment! This place is absolutely ridiculous!! I'm no longer going here for this reason. There's ten other Suboxone docs in a ten Mile radius that actually run a medical office the way it should run, and not run it like it's a pill mill! I'd definitely keep it moving if you're looking for a Suboxone doctor and never go here unless you don't mind sitting in a big room with 18 other people for 2-3 hours, all complaining about the fact their appointment was two hours ago. Tried to cancel apt. at 5:55 pm, no one answered the phone (went to voice mail). You couldn't leave a message because VM was full. Same thing occurred the following morning at 8:55 - 9:03. Reminder hours are from 9-6 Monday-Friday. at 9:03 am I was put on hold for 20:34 minutes, and when I told her about the cancellation, she didn't want to hear about the ph issues, and I could under her. I couldn't get an apt for 5 weeks; my daughter was to return after taking the new meds after 1 week???
