Saw Dr Desai for 11 years, I am so missing him since he retired in March 2022! He helped me a lot. And now I have to find someone who actually cares enough to help.

Dr dsai his wife, Brittany, and the rest of his staff go above and beyond to help you! My husband dies and they call to make sure. I'm ok..who else does that? I love Dr dsai

Dr. Desia and his staff are amazing. They are always there for you. Treat you amazing. Willing to listen and understand. Appointments are always available. Everything you would expect from a doctor, caring, kind and really tries to help. Not many like that anymore.

They turned away someone they knew was suicidal for inability to pay a bill that wasn’t owed. Dr was fine if you need to be put on some meds but beyond that don’t expect any real therapy. The office gives no care for the patients though. I had seen him 8 years ago for a couple standard visits for medication. Recently when I was going through a suicide crisis my doctor sent me back to him for emergent intervention. They knew I was suicidal but would not let me see the doctor until I paid some outstanding balance I supposedly have with them. This was the 1st time in 8 years I had been notified of the balance. I have no idea what the balance could be for since my co-pay had to be paid upfront before seeing the doctor and for a standard visit all I am responsible for is the co-pay. Had I been told of it sooner I could have gotten it corrected but after such a long time my insurance company sure isn’t going to fix it They turned away someone they knew was suicidal for inability to pay a bill that wasn’t owed. … More

Dr. is very nice and polite. Excellent service from his staff, Ms. Sue and Ms. Brittany.

FYI: Dr. Desai was arrested for soliciting prostitution in October, 2020. His license was temporarily suspended in 2011 for inappropriate remarks to patient & a patient’s mother.

Dr. Desai was arrested on prostitution charges. I wouldn't even rate him with 1 star but I had to in order to submit the review.

My kids love him

I had to bring my elderly mom and he was so good to her and so kind. She gets very nervous and he made her feel so calm and repeated questions with such patience and kept telling her it's ok.. take your time and smiled alot with her to make her feel peaceful. He evaluated her and included me in every aspect and took his time and did not hurry or rush at all. The staff was very kind as week which to me is extremely important also. Dr. Desai is an amazing doctor! He really wants to help you not just give you medicine and dope you up. He is invested in you and your care! He genuinely wants to see you excel and be the best person you can!

He is the only psychiatrist who has ever helped me! He listens to you and truly cares about how you are doing. He does his best to help you as much as possible. I trust him 100%. I recommend him to all of my family and friends having mental health problems.

Dr. Desai is good about treating but they do not make accomadations for patient. I needed him to fill a paper out for an apt and he just refused. Said he doesn't do that. I was gonna go a week without my medicine. He refused to help me correct the issue. When I asked if I needed to get another doctor they were like whatever fine go get one. I don't think patient needs or concerns or even considered. Thank God my former doctor is able to do what he refuses Dr. Desai is good about treating but they do not make accomadations for patient. I love this doctor office never wait long very respectful to all patients i hate that we have to change doctors because of our insurance

I believe Dr Desai is the best psychiatrist in the are. I have brought all of my foster children to him, and he takes time to talk with them as find out how they really feel. Most psychiatrists write prescriptions as fast as they can, and get you out. Dr Desai is 'someone special'
