Usually with doctors offices u either get a great office staff and an awful doctor or u get a great doctor with a horrible office staff. I have been to many doctors in town and i have to say this office has a horrible office staff and even worse doctor. I needed a sleep study. They kept telling me it was my insurance. I went to another doctor for it they got approval next day. Then narangs office called me a year later saying they got approval!!! Narang made multiple nurse do my breathing tests in same visit because he said what was happening wasnt possible. Told me he didnt believe me. Subjected me to my oxygen satuaration going low multiple times before he finally ordered oxygen. He orders the sane tests everytime. Even his office staff acknowledged that he does this. The list goes on and on. Do not visit this office. It will take atleast 2 months for them to make an appointment anyways!

Tried placing a call since the morning but line was still on answering service mode, then receptionist finally answered only to know that she was on another personal call. I was scheduled for a sleep study; I arrived on time, but they lost my chart or lack of communication along the way and sent me home because they filled all beds, eventhough I was scheduled. It is Unethical and Neglectful for a medical facility to place a patient in a situation where they arrive for needed and scheduled services, but due to a lack of communication, organization this clinic lacks so much attention, if only Dr. Narang would be able to have a face to face with a patient at least once or twice instead of relying on just the PA it would be a much better organized facility and he would get a first-hand look at what really goes on. I've worked in the medical field, and this is one of the most neglected. Why do you put so much money into building a nice clinic if you can't see at least half of the patients?

The staff is not well trained. The office is cramped. Piles of books, medical equipment everywhere. They schedule you then call to reschedule. I did not feel that my issue was discussed or treated properly.

Very nice staff. I feel comfortable when I visit doctor.

He is direct, brief and to the point! Trustworthy!!!

Dr Narang was on time and He done Good! His staff were knowegable and helpful

Took my dad here today, felt rushed, had to make the PA slow down and double check past meds, asked to get flu shot...she said yes, got home without shot...so mad! Horrible bedside manner.

The clinic is extremely busy. There is a long wait to see the doctor. I was upset initially but the staff was very polite and helpful. The doctor was very smart and knows his stuff. He listened to me and diagnosed me. The clinic is very clean and the staff very professional. I would recommend Dr Narang highly to anyone.

The people at the clinic were really polite and the best part was that there was hardly any wait. Thank you Dr Narang for being patient and listening to all my troubles!

Had to switch doctor's because they don't have it together when it comes to veterans administration paper work we had to do their job .

Hate this office! They do not treat patients as they should. They make up their own notes saying they called and cancelled your appt and that is not true. They give you an appointment....then they say you're not on the schedule!!!!! What!!!????

A nice friendly doctor with lots of knowledge. Helped with my sleep apnea. I was not able to sleep well before but now I can. Beautiful office, friendly staff. Will recommend him to everybody who is looking for pulmonologist or sleep specialist

I would say Dr Rajeev’s the most effective lung doctor in Corpus Christi. I’ve tried a fee doctors since I moved to South Texas, but only he’s been able to help me completely.

Dr Narang is a brilliant physician. He has helped me with my failing health in several ways. Not only he treats the lungs, his overall knowledge is so good that he helped me get better in every way. I would keep him as my doctor

Dr Narang is a very experienced, detailed physician who is very well versed with all of his specialties. His knowledge base is vast and I am very comfortable and secure in his care. There is some wait in his clinic but I do not mind. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous.

Dr N was my husband's doctor throughout a year long hospitalization. He was very kind to us, and treated us well. He is so knowledgeable, and explains things well. I am very thankful for him.

Extremely caring staff and a straightforward doctor who has the best interest for you. He does in fact do his job well.

I’m 63 and have an abundance of patience. Having said that I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor, his nurse practitioner and some of his staff. They have lied to me about an appointment because I waited hours by the phone for a phone visit (during pandemic) and he never called. When I called back the next day they said oh, the appt is today. I refused a RX the NP Called in bc I had it prescribed to me by my pcp and it didn’t work. She Prescribed it at 1/2 the mg my pcp had prescribed. Then called in an over the counter medicine. When I specifically said I need something strong. I believe I have lung damage from chemo, but he is saying he needs to rule out asthma, allergies and acid reflux. I’ve never ever had asthma and rarely suffer from allergies. The last straw was me calling and complaining that my cough was so severe, I was keeping everyone up at night, he upped the strength of my inhaler. But no one called it in. Dr. Narang has been my husband's doctor for 4 years. In that time Dr. Narang has been very professional, very kind and very knowledgeable. His office staff have always been very friendly and compassionate. Dr. Narang has always given top notch care to my husband. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Was advised on a previous visit that my wife would see Dr. Narang on her next visit, which was last week. This did not come about, although he was in his office, cause I saw him when we left the building. He saw us, but did not acknowledge us. Will cancel our next appointment scheduled for May. This doctor has a bad bedside manner, never answers any questions that you have for him. Do not appreciate his staff lying to us, about seeing him. Arrived really early cause I was a new patient..The staff spent more time with me than the doctor. While trying to take over my sleep study.. He was rushing out the door...As you can tell I was not happy.

Easily the worst office staff in all of the medical professionals in Corpus Christi, and that's saying something. The doctor has absolutely no bedside manner, and really can't find the time to take one another patient. Just find another doctor/office.

Worst doctor in Corpus. Arrogant, very uncaring about patient waiting time. Worst bedside manner I have ever seen. Talks down to patients, when you can get him to discuss your diagnosis. Horrible scheduling, and overbooking. I have shown up 15 min early, and had 14 patients waiting ahead of me.

He seemed pretty bored and really did not answer questions I asked. Unfortunately there is a shortage of pulmonary MD's in Corpus Christi and little choice of practitioners. His office submitted a claim to my supplementary insurance company, but did not do so for Medicare. He charged for demonstrating use of an inhaler which I did not request, did not explain why to use it. Waste of my time and money. I will relay this to my primary care doctor.

Dr. Narang Rajeev MD Appointment scheduling is horrible!!! Serious critical lung condition patients are not scheduled right away after their first initial referral. There is a 2-3 month appointment wait for this facility, no matter what your condition is - that is if your insurance is not of good quality. Extended Wait times are due to medical insurance billing for low income families. Cash customers get faster treatment. If you do not call back to confirm your appointment, he will not see you on the day of your appointment. Make sure you let them know you will be there. If you forget your medication list, you will not be seen. If you have an emergency and miss an appointment, you will you will not be seen. Wait time is another 2-3 months regardless if in ER ect. Once you have your appointment, you will wait for 11/2 to 2 hours every time!!. 95% of the time Dr. Narang is spent talking into his mic, programming his voice (medical note taking software) and imputing your medical information information, instead of typing. This process should be done after hours and not during your medical visit. I have seen him for over a year and he is still doing this with his system as of 2014. It has gone a little better but and an excellent software. This medical note taking, billing and symptoms software - better billing process and is extremely time consuming. All visits are spent getting his software to work properly/recognize his voice and symptoms/pronunciation. This voice recognition programming should be done after hours not during patients valuable and critical time. Almost 1/2 of all symptoms are not inputed in to the system. Which is also bad for your diagnosis/symptoms and record keeping. If you do see him, make sure he takes down all your symptoms not just what he selects or feel fits for that visit which will prolong your diagnosis and treatment even longer. Visits and care is prolonged as long as possible. Sleep testing is done immediately but after you are diagnosed with a sleeping condition he asks you pay cash for machine particularly with low income individuals. If you are low income, elder, disabled ect he tells you, your insurance does not pay for it. I called my insurance and they did cover the device. He also does very little referring do to inconvenience "lazyness". He does not like corresponding with others much, even when a doctor has referred you to him. Lastly, he speaks in his native language whenever business concerns pop up during your appointment time. Everyone in his facility speaks English yet, speaking Indian/Hindi in front of your patients so you will not know what he is saying /understand and is extremely unprofessional/rude and should be done in private.
