They never answer calls.. called them 10 times and got frustrated.. very bad service

Dr. Khanna was incredibly efficient when fitting us in for Covid testing. It was a quick in and out experience.

I cant express enough how much i like Dr Rajeev Khanna and Dr Arvinder Chawla. Guys, you get get better then this ! i tell you that right now. These guys are just AMAZINGGGG !!! they are down to earth, kindest, nicest and the most caring doctors, you guys will ever meet.

amazing experience ! Kinverlin, the front desk manager, she was amazing ! She was very kind and friendly. Dr Khanna, is an excellent doctor ! He was very patient with me, answered all of my questions and concerns.

He is very concerned about his patients he call and make sure about the patient health. He refers to the medical test physicals therapy if we needed.

I would highly recommend as he is very concerned about his patients well being. Listens to all your concerns and answers all health queries. He is always on time and kind person. He refers to the medical test or medicines if they needed. No unnecessary test or follow-up's prescribed.

I was waiting for the lab reports, called 20 times in a day still no response from nurse or receptionist. I don't understand why these people use a telephone when they don't use it. Worst experience ever and not going to this clinic anymore.

Love the practice. Staff support has improved and exceeds my expectations now. The doctor himself is an angel. Very good with everyone from teenagers to geriatric patients in our friends and extended families.

Dr Khanna is very nice and humble dr. The approach to patients is incredible He is knowledgeable and experienced. He love to help and care patients.

The doctor is great - but his staff not so much. Have called for three days straight - no one answers. Leave messages and get no call back. So can’t rate high since trying to see the great doctor is almost impossible.

Dr. Khanna is knowledgeable and nice, office staff not so much. This doc has shared office staff whose customer service is very bad. Everything from setting appointment, getting answer to your voice messages (you could win lottery more often than speaking to a receptionist at this office or getting a call back), finding insurance coverage, filling the forms to submit to insurance or others, billing, follow ups, prescription refills, or any other work you need to get done by them is a struggle. Have been visiting the doc for many years, does not prescribe unnecessary medicine. Easy to schedule appointments. I have walked in several times and have been accommodated.

Iv'e had Dr. Khanna for over 20 years, since 1998, and after I got married, he's now our family doctor, my in-laws even consult with him for their medical needs, although the turnover of staff is not healthy for follow-up visits, and being informed of any medical test or results. But Dr. Khanna is honest, and quickly can diagnose whatever symptoms you having into referrals, or needed medicine.

This doctor scams people, please watch out. I was charged $165 for a visit that literally took him less than a minute to prescribe antibiotics for a sore throat. When I called to acquire about his fees, the receptionist said a normal visit costs about 75-90 dollars. When I asked why I was charged 165, she couldn’t explain and finally her explanation was it’s at his discretion to charge what he wants. Really? I must say the doc himself seemed nice so not sure if it’s the staff or the person who does the billing but regardless it’s his office so be aware folks. This doctor scams people, please watch out. Dr. Khanna is an excellent and extremely knowledgeable doctor. He has always been friendly and personable and answers all of my questions. I couldn't say enough good things about this doctor.

The current receptionist who takes calls and schedules appointments is very rude and obnoxious. I have report this two months back to the Dr. but nothing changed. She will hung up on you before you confirm your appointment. She will schedule an appointment without any details taken from you. I guess she has super powers. To request small things like to speak to a Dr. is a big hassle. You have to literally call couple of times before you reach your Dr. Its like common courtesy is almost missing.

Dr. Khanna is the best physician I've had...been visiting him for 10 years now. He is genuinely concerned about my well-being and spends the time to patiently answers all my questions. The office staff in both his locations are extremely helpful and always follows-up with me.
