I've had intense migraines and light sensitivity from working on the computer 8+ hrs a day. Other neurologists prescribed heavy medications and sedatives to take when it flares up. I have had severe migraines since I was a young child. I have been to multiple specialists, had MRIs and CAT scans, been on various Rxs, acupuncture and treated by allergists. NOTHING WORKED. My current ENT suggest Dr. Gupta. He has been a miracle worker for me. For the first time I know the source of my pain and have a treatment.

Dr. Gupta is the first doctor I feel took my concerns seriously. Thanks to him, I can now deal with my migraines. He helped me find treatments that worked. I have complex migraines that present in an atypical way. I have seen two other neurologists in Austin who have misdiagnosed me with a variety of terrifying disorders. Dr. Gupta was the first person to fully address my concerns and find the root cause of my migraines. I am now migraine free for a year!! I cannot recommend enough!

Dr Gupta only had one treatment to offer me for my migraines and that was injections to the back of my skull. This worked the first round or two but then was not very effective after that. Since insurance did not pay for this, it was very expensive.

I first started having migraines when I was 4 years old. After seeing many neurologists, I was left with a long list of heavy prescriptions that left me feeling drugged up and caused stomach ulcers. Even then, I was still experiencing migraines multiple times a week with visual impairment, nausea, and ceaseless pain. Dr. Gupta was the first neurologist I saw who did not try to put me on even more drugs. Instead, he actually identified the real cause of my migraines and started me on an injection treatment plan that has given me the first sense of relief in my entire life. Dr. Gupta and the office manager were very patient listening to me and guiding me through this life changing treatment. I am now completely off ALL drugs for the first time since my preteens and am currently zip-lining in Puerto Rico - something I never would have dreamed of being able to do before Dr. Gupta. I hope I can one day deliver true cures to patients as a physician as well.

Please don’t come to this place ???? my wife is a client with Dr Rajat she’s having some shots for neck pain , today she went for her shot appointment but she was surprised that Dr Raja asked her to leave after speaking to her for few min about how she feel , when she said what about my shot he said speak to the reception and left without explanation , my wife did not understand what’s going on she went for her shot appointment and suddenly Dr Rajat left the room , the reception told my wife that she can’t have office visit and shot at the same time because the insurance is not covering that , my wife said I came for shot not for office visit they said there is nothing we can do about it and they have her another appointment . Imagine you are not suppose to speak to Mr Rajat at all or they will charge you , I truly regret taking my wife there . I've suffered with migraine for years. While there is no cure, Dr. Gupta and his staff (love Vinita), have cared for me, helped me and provided new thoughts and treatments not before considered. My headaches are as under control as they've ever been and I'm grateful to him and his team.

Dr. Gupta was soft spoken and kind. He did a thorough evaluation of me regarding migraine headache. He treated me in the office and gave me a prescription. I liked him and would recommend him.

I couldn't be more thankful for Dr. Gupta he has really fixed me up. After having at least 3 bad migraines a month and living off of Tylenol 2-3 times a day he fixed me up in one visit. I have one word NERVE BLOCK works miracles and so does Dr. Gupta. His office staff is also AMAZING. I wouldn't recommend any other neurologist in town. He is by far the best one around! Poor quality of interaction, not really listening to concerns and does things that make me distrustful of him.

I cannot express how amazing Dr. Gupta is. I have been seeing multiple Dr's for over 3 years with no clear understanding of what was going on with my illness. Lots of facial pain with bouts of cluster migraines. Saw Dr Gupta on 10/7 and he changed my LIFE. I saw an immediate change with the procedure he preformed by the time I left his office. Today is the first day in over 3 years that I have NO PAIN and I forgot how amazing that feeling was!!!! Thank you Dr. Gupta... YOU ROCK! I cannot express how amazing Dr. Gupta is. After 8 years and 10 doctors Dr. Gupta was able to diagnose my headaches in less than 30 minutes and identify a course of treatment. He is an absolute expert at migraines and headaches. His office staff is amazing too!
