Dr. Raja S Mehdi

Dr Raja Mehdi is a compassionate and caring person which makes him a wonderful Oncologist. When your world is rocked with the news of Cancer, Dr. Mehdi and his wonderful staff at Hope Cancer Care of Nevada are there to guide and care for you every step of the way. The chemo nurses are awesome. Taylor takes wonderful care of me. I have peace of mind knowing I’m in the best hands possible during my journey with cancer. They treat the patient as well as the disease. I highly recommend This office from Dr Mehdi right down to the front office staff. Professional and personable. Dr Mehdi explains everything in detail and hope is a big part of that. Hope makes healing possible.

I've been under Dr Mehdis care since 2013. You will never find a doctor more caring than he is. That also goes for his staff. He also has an assistant Bethany that is just as caring as he is. They take the time to listen to you. If you're having chemo the room is comfortable and doesn't feel Medical. You're treated with such kindness. I'd recommend anybody that's dealing with cancer to meet Dr Mehdi and see what a wonderful doctor he is.

I have been under Dr Mehdi's care for over three months for pancreatic cancer and He and the wonderful people he works with are life savers at Hope cancer center. Dr Mehdi and the staff at Hope have been easy to work with from the first appointment several years ago through the treatments and after. I felt like I could heal there and I did. They've always been supportive and it's good to see them continue growing and still keep the personal experience.

Dr Mehdi and his staff have been treating me for 5 months now and I couldn't be happier. The Doctor is thorough, explains everything clearly; takes time to answer my questions; and does so in a very friendly, helpful and supportive manner. All staff members are great. They are knowledgeable, very attentive and so very kind. Wonderful group! My treatment has gone on without a hitch and my results have been remarkable!

My experience with both Dr Mehdi, Bethany and the staff had been excellent and extremely experienced and professional! Cancer is scary and you don’t really know what to expect but I did my first treatment with Hope Cancer Care and looking forward to the others.

I’m alive thanks to Hope Cancer Care! After an incorrect diagnosis of stage 3 bc, Dr Mehdi and the incredible team allowed me to receive valuable treatment immediately 5 years ago. This month I’m celebrating 5 years cancer free thanks to Hope CC. EVERY individual who works for Hope is competent, compassionate and works well together to ensure my cancer is managed; that I’m not just another patient in the assembly line of manufactured care dictated by insurance. I’m forever grateful!

I’ve been seeing Dr Mehdi almost every month for the last 3 yrs as I have a chronic form of leukemia. He is the easiest doctor to talk to, so caring. He always listens to your concerns and explains everything so you walk out knowing exactly what your go forward plan is. His staff is also really nice. Jenn at the front desk is the best.

Easy to talk to, compassionate, caring. Explains things so you understand. Takes time to answer all your questions. Also is very involved with my primary doctor so that he is kept aware of anything that he might need to know in treatment of other Illnesses.

The people here are very nice and kind, especially Dr. Mehdi and Ms. Bethany. The nurses and the rest of the staff are very accomodating and friendly. They always go above and beyond, and you can feel their sincerity. They really do care for their patients.

Dr Mehdi and the highly experienced Team saved my life from stage 3 bc. They all are caring, competent, encouraging and considerate of each individual patient. Im beyond grateful!

I've been treated by Dr Mehdi since 2012. You won't find a better doctor. He's very caring and thorough about your treatments. That goes for the rest of his staff too. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Also his treatment room is designed with your comfort in mind.

My experience with Dr Raja Medhi was wonderful. He has such a positive energy and always smiling! I would recommend him highly as an oncologist!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in June 2020, my primary doctor referred me to Dr. Raja Mehdi. He is fast and very thorough. He referred me to a surgeon right away and had my Lumpectomy sooner than I thought. I’m so grateful that he is my Oncologist and always have an excellent service from all his staffs.

Dr. Mehdi has been my doctor since 2016. His staff is excellent and accommodate to anything you need. When Dr. Yogesh Patel referred me on a Friday afternoon as the business was closing, they still accepted me right away. I was seen that same day and started my chemo that following Tuesday. Jenn Oberkramer is a very professional asset to your company. She is so friendly and caring which is nice especially coming in the front door. She is always there to greet you. The girls in the chemo room are very good and efficient. As for Dr. Mehdi I wouldn’t have no other doctor. From day one he has been very friendly and lets me know what is going on. He explains things real well to where I understand and answers all my questions. Thanks to you.

Really awesome staff! Didn't want to do chemo till I visited Hope Cancer care of Nevada. Nice place to heal. Complete chemo responder, am cancer free! Thank you Dr Mehdi, Julie and everyone else - I blame chemo brain for not remembering them all - lol - but if one must go through chemo, I can't think of a better place. Super grateful. First meeting with doctor was wonderful. Discussed anything we asked. Let us know where we stood, and how we could continue with treatment as we were returning from the East coast. He was very personable and had a wonderful staff. He had our paperwork ahead of time and knew what direction we were headed in. Very easy to work with and my husband who has the lymphoma felt great and easy to deal with. Great bedside manner.

Absolutely love him and his staff. He is the most compassionate doctor I have ever met.

I was referred to Dr Mehdi in October 2014 for chemotherapy to treat my stage 3 breast cancer. The environment was relaxing and comforting. I appreciate Dr. Medhi and his staff!

Love Tony Garcia very thoughtful and caring Doctor. Wait time is a little long, but other than that he's a great doctor and the staff are wonderful.

Dr. Mehdi takes the time to answer your questions and explain different aspects of chemo treatment. This is particularly important to me since I want to really understand the process. All the staff provide a warmth and level of care that I don't think you would find in a large cancer. center

My husband has been going to Dr. Mehdi for over a year. We are so lucky to have found him. He and his staff provide professional service and more than willing to answer any and all questions. It's a comfort to have someone like Dr. Mehdi and his staff in our lives. A special thanks to Julie.

I was referred to Dr. Mehdi for chemo therapy by my surgeon who understood my wanting to be treated by someone who would respect my wanting to use nutritional solutions for side effects where I could. He has taken the time when needed to understand my wishes and to explain why something would be a good solution or might be harmful to my treatment program. I have appreciated this. His nurse Julie is very knowledgeable and provides appropriate patient care even when it gets very busy.

Dr. Mehdi is fantastic! When I learned I had prostate cancer I immediately said I wanted a second opinion. My wife has been going to Dr. Mehdi for a year, she loves him so I wanted his opinion. This is when a second choice is the best choice. I was scared and depressed and after talking with Dr. Mehdi he has put me at ease with all my worries. He talks to his patients on a level that they understand. Dr. Mehdi goes that extra mile with his patients that other doctors don't do.

I loved how thorough Dr. Mehdi was. I also loved the way he kept his office staff on their toes. I have had experiences in the past with great Doctors, but the front office left a lot to be desired. Dr Mehdi made sure they were keeping up with his protocol. I am glad I was referred to him.
