I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My elderly mother had suffered from shortness of breath for a long time. She had many tests and saw multiple doctors with no result. Dr. Gupta did a thorough exam and diagnosed her problem in the first visit. He is an excellent doctor. But good medical care requires much more than just a great doctor. In many cases the encounters with the receptionists and nurses in a medical facility is the most important aspect of the overall care. Dr. Gupta's whole team in the office are exceptional. They go out of their way to help the patient. Responsive, kind, attentive, and professional. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The Staff at the front desk is rude.The young girls that do the testing are nice.Most of the time i call the answering machine is on.When i do get them on the phone they are not nice and in a rush to get you off the phone.The Dr is Smart and nice.I been called all morning to cancel my appointment and no one picking up and after 4 rings the fax machine comes on.And its the right number and i even Googled it.And they never called me to confirm my appointment for this afternoon. Walked out!!! I went for a 12 p.m. appt, I arrived at 11:50 a.m. I sat around until 1 p.m. still not having been seen. When I asked the receptionist what the hold up was I was informed that nobody ever called my insurance company for approval and necessary documents and now she was unable to reach anyone. Receptionist is so rude and unprofessional, banging her hands all over the desk and getting snappy as if I have no reason to be annoyed.

I was shocked that they had a scented plug in a pulmonology office, I got dizzy and it triggered difficulty breathing which lasted through the night, and had to take a sick day the following day. When I had brought it up to the doc while I was in the office, he didn't respond in anyway, didn't even look at me...I wasn't impressed.

The receptionist is the rudest person I have ever met and dealt with. The follow up is awful. The Dr. Is not personable at all. The staff was told to follow up with me and they were not prepped at all. I feel the Doctor needs to be more involved, especially with patient follow up. The receptionist likes the word no and makes it very difficult for patients. I will be going for a follow up in a week and it will be my last time. I was a patient for 11 months and never had a good nights sleep.

Love Dr G who I chose also as my GP.

Dr. Gupta is an excellent doctor’ very knowledgeable and good at identifying the cause and direction to treat pulmonary illness. I recommend him. His staff is very courteous and helpful.

Both physician and staff very knowledgeable. This is a happy office environment as well..

Very understanding, has an overall concern for the well being and health for her patients. She will go out of her way to make sure you get the help that you need. She also has concern for her patients social well being outside of her office. She has personally helped me and made sure I am doing good.

Staff and doctors are outstanding. Excellent care and service.

Dr. Gupta has always been very professional and helpful with my spouse and I. The staff is very friendly and also helpful. We've never had an issue obtaining an appointment. They are quick to resolve any issues we may have.

I have been a patient at this office since i was 13 years old. I am now 28 years old and i refuse to go to any one else. They treat you like family here and always help you out when you need it.

I already have recommended Dr. Gupta to family and friend. I am very satisfied with his care. Tha staff is always friendly and helpful.

Dr. Gupta has been my doctor for twenty years. I recommend him highly to anyone who is in need of excellent medical care. As my respiratory doctor he not only manages my asthma with medication, diet, and sharp recommendations on my life style but he also is aware of any medical problems that may occur. He is smart, consistent, and communicates well with his patients. He also has an expert staff.

Rude receptionist, office to loud, could hear patient and doctor talking, I walked out before visit

Don't know about the medical services.. Called the office 2 different days and all I was able to do was speak to a rude receptionist . They really need to hire friendly people as the current employee at the desk drives the patients off before they even walk in the door
