I had a mastectomy in 2008 and Dr. Rivera followed me for 5 years providing excellent care. I recommend her very highly without hesitation!
My dear aunt went to her first appointment with Dr. Rivera last week, and the only word I have for her is UNPROFESSIONAL. Her and her staff did not make us feel comfortable. Stay away, there are so many better doctors here in el paso.
They made me reschedule my appointment 2 hours before and im from out of town. The second time around i waited for a VERY long time and the cause of that was they some how forgot about me and skipped me all day. Im not happy with the staff.
