Always to busy to see my kids! 4month had 102. Fever they told me it's fine till 104. Didn't care. Then my 2yr old got sick an they again were to busy to see her. And now I'm in the hospital with my 2yr had to have emergency surgery bc her lung collapsed from fluid that if the doctor office made time to see her! would of heard in her chest an could of been taking care of sooner! Also Never answers phone. Half time don't get call back???? so much more!

We use to love this Dr and the staff, years ago. As of late, no. No call backs after leaving several voice mails, finally my call gets answered and they schedule appoint after my kid has missed a week of school. No diagnosis just she’s fine maybe she had flu. Yet her throat is sore and has a terrible cough and coughing up yellow. Her ears are bothering her, headaches and don’t feel good, but she’s fine and her dr note they issued excused her from that one day knowing she missed previous week. First time they were not friendly with my kid or give sticker either and kids notice things like this. Wish Jennifer was there, she was amazing, caring, and helped us with an orthopedic need that had been ignored and told she would grow out of it. You don’t grow out of shortened Achilles tendons. The waiting periods in exam room for dr to come in is always longer than any other dr our family goes to. I’m upset because I really liked this dr and staff for years but now I feel my child has been neglected in some ways. No mother would be happy about that.

Tammy, the medical assistant, did not allow my son to be seen or checked in today. Apparently she thought it was her job to force me to pay charges from Feb 2021 in collections, that I had no idea about, from a different medical office. She was loud when discussing these debts as well. She also tried to make me pay 20% of a bill that my insurance should have paid (card number changed that I was not aware of) but at the time, she could not even tell me where it was from. Pretty sure that may be illegal? My sons treatment today was 100% covered by my ppo insurance and did not even require a copayment today, that I could not even use b/c she was adamant about me paying these charges that were not even from this office!!! The front office receptionists are REALLY rude. They were EXTREMELY inattentive and aloof, in regards to my daughter’s severe allergic reaction upon explanation. She informed me there were no providers in office today and basically blew me off and did not attempt to accommodate my request for an emergency visit; considering my daughter could possibly be suffering from an infection from the open tears she’s broken into her skin. I literally had to call and ask to speak with a nurse for someone to show empathy and urgency towards my daughter’s situation. The only reason this review is getting 3 stars is because the nurse scheduled me for an emergency visit as soon as they could get me in Monday. I am grateful for this nurse who understood that she did not have to be responsible for the situation to take responsibility and get my daughter the care she needs! Love love love Dr. Aflak and her team! They go above and behind for my family and we are so thankful for all their hard work and dedication to their patients.

Rude and treats other employees with disrespect! Overheard comments about things are better in Syria. She needs to go back and learn to work as a team! If I had more choices I’d be looking but unfortunately I have to deal with her rudeness and attitude until I can find another place for my kids.

I’m so happy to have come across Dr.Aflak. She is professional, informative and caring. She has been great for both of our kids. Definitely recommend!

This office and all of the staff have been a God send to our family. I have never been to a doctors office that was more determined to figure out what was going on before. Dr Aflak and Jennifer both have always been the sweetest and most caring providers in this area that we have dealt with. The office staff especially Jill has gone above and beyond for our family with helping us with our medical questions and supplies needed. Thank you for always making our family feel comfortable with asking questions, being understanding and always being determined. Keep up the great work! I have been bringing my daughter here for 6 years and I will never change! I love Dr. Aflak! She is great with her skills as a pediatric Dr. Sweet, caring , a great listener and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend Dr. Aflak to anyone who is looking for a pediatric doctor. I have always been treated with respect and kindness from her great nursing staff and receptionists. Wonderful office with sweet people!

Dr.R. Aflac and her team are wonderful. She has been great with my 10 year old from birth. My son was diagnosed with epilepsy (seizure disorder) when he was two years old. She and her nurse Mrs. Darrah are very attentive when we are in the office or if I call them needing help or info. I am so thankful for this awesome medical team.??

She doesn’t like giving referrals or doing what’s necessary to find real answers for your child. My child went to her for a bad rash and she said it was nothing just hives. It got worse as the night went on and we went to the ER. He got an EPI shot and they said he needed to have an extensive food allergy testing because food caused it. When I followed up with her she refused to refer us to an allergist or prescribe us an EPI pen because she said that he didn’t have any food allergies.

Absolutely love Dr. Aflak she has been amazing with our daughter and actually takes her time. Also the office staff are wonderful. Definitely this is the best place to go for your children! Fast prompt responses when anything goes wrong, always so caring.

When we moved here, we struggled to find a good pediatrician for our kids. Our neighbors told us about Dr. Aflac and how much they liked her. I swapped my kids over to her office and it was the best thing I did! We love her! She is so sweet and doesn't rush in and out like most doctors. She shows genuine concern for her patients.

Horrible Pediatrician! She is barely there as it is, and when she is there she blows you off. My daughter had a horrible wheezing cough for 2 months and she refused 2 different times to order a chest x-ray or meds. I finally went to the ER and they did a chest x-ray, only to find out my daughter had severe asthma. I was livid.

I'm giving 3 stars because the office is clean, the staff is sweet but lately it takes forever to get an appointment here. Same day sick visits almost never happen, they ask if you would like to be put on a waiting list but then just tell you to go to the urgent care or E.R. The well visits are scheduled out about two months out. They had another licenced practitioner but she's somehow not there anymore, then they had another one who's again- not there anymore and now they have one lined up but won't be seeing anyone for at least a month. Dr. Aflak is amazing with both of girls. I have a 6 yr old and 4 month old. She is very good with parents and children and anytime I need to fit either child in with out an appointment they do their best to work with me. When my eldest didn't have insurance they knocked 50 percent off the bill if I paid at time of service. Very helpful since she has chronic ear problems caused by allergies. Dr. Aflak most defi gives you referrals to specialist as my daughter has received 2. She even offered for my son to get a GI test just to give me peace of mind. She has alway seen my kids and the one tim the NP saw my daughter Dr. Aflak still came in to give her medical opinion again for peace of mind. She is great with my kids and I would recommend her to anyone.
