Best doctor EVER. Listens to you & is completely professional in every way. Staff is just as awesome!

I was very surprised by Dr. Rafael Yakutilov poor bedside manner. I am a Social Worker and I escorted my disabled Client to this doctor office for an evaluation. Dr. Yakutilov walked in the office and didn't greet either one of us. He sat in his swivel chair and turned his back to us. The doctor had no idea that my Client couldn't answer questions and just started asking questions with his back turned. Dr. Yakutilov was barely audible due to his mask and turned back. I as a professional introduced myself and explained the reason for the visit. The examination was a train wreck because the doctor appeared indifferent and didn't offer any medical insight. The doctor stepped out and came back in with two other patients and said "you two need to clear out my office". I was surprised Because he never indicated the session had ended or even said good day. Going forward, I definitely wouldn't refer any of my Clients to this office after my horrific experience with this medical "professional ". Dr. Yakutilov really spends time with you. You don’t feel rushed and dismissed like other doctors often do in hospital settings. He really focuses on all the issues and offers all best options out there.

This is really an awesome doctor! All positive experience! Especially during such tough times with the coronavirus, he was like an angel sent from heaven. I got lucky in an unlucky situation. Dr. Y is very knowledgeable- just after doing a couple tests he diagnosed me accurately and was heading in the right direction for treatment very quickly. Dr. Y is also caring- he kept in touch with me and always asked how I was doing. He referred me to a great hospital where I was able to get the necessary treatment. Dr. Y is very approachable and easy to contact- he answered my phone calls and text messages in a short amount of time. Overall, I feel he gave me the best care he could offer and I am greatly appreciative of that. I highly recommend this neurologist.

He's a very good neurology doctor he takes care of his patients.

He's such an amazing neuroscientist, he take time to call me and ask me how am doing, and answer every question about my health

He is very professional able to getting testing quickly and effectively. His staff is wonderful!! Dr. Y had been essential in getting me the proper treatment needed.

He listen to your concern, very nice doctor

Dr. Yakutilov is terrific. Very well informed physician. Very thorough, listens and pays attention. Only downside is wait time. Staff is terrific.

Excellent doctor!

I'm always impressed with the level of concern for and care given to me with every visit that I have with Dr. Yakutilov. He always pays close attention to my concerns and takes the time to explain things to me in ways that are easy for me understand.

I had a wonderful and thorough experience. He was great, friendly and respectful and knowledgeable.

I not only have waited over 2 hours every single time I had to see him for over 2 years but had to endure his rudeness,forgetfulness of appointments and scripts only to have him punish me for HIS mistakes. He prescribes meds that he has no clue about and makes patients sick from withdrawal or have bad side effects cause he disappears and closes his office constantly without notifying any patients or even leaving a way to get in touch with him. He prescribes meds then treats u like a drug addict.
