Everytime I call to schedule an appointment I get hung up on. Guess the dr didn’t want my business

Worst doctor to ever deal with. can't never reach him or his staff. and can't never get your prescriptions refilled.

They never answer the phones. They don't send in prescription refill to the pharmacy when the pharmacy request refills. They only prescribed 1 month of blood pressure medications and take a week or more to refill them after the pharmacy send them fax and phone message to do so. I even call them and never get back to me.

The staff is very unprofessional. No one ever answers the phone.

Doctor is decent however nurses are rude I was forced to wait outside in 100+ degree heat for my appointment

Very inconsiderate staff who doesn't bother to acknowledge you when you enter the office from the front desk to the back. And DON'T call them when they are about to close or after hours from what the office manager told my mother who suffers from chronic migraines and couldn't help that her migraine started up at 4:20pm. I hope that people read this and understand that there are other offices and staff that are compassionate towards their patients and I'm very relieved to say that my mother won't be going there anymore! The doctor was very friendly and joking around and very funny but he needs all new staff, they aren't friendly or helpful and they kept interrupting the doctor during my visit so he could sign papers for other patients which made my visit about an hour longer than it should have been. This was my first experience with the staff but not the doctor. They made me put down a 50 dollar deposit bcuz of 3 prior cancellations even though I was in the hospital and I explained that to them and they told me I would get my money back today but then today it took me talking to 3 different people only to find out that I wasn't getting my money back today. They said it would take up to 2 weeks for me to get a check in the mail. Very disappointed in the staff if I didn't like Dr. Pardo and I didn't have headaches everyday then I wouldn't go back.. The chairs in the waiting room are Nasty and smell like azz

If i could give less than 1 star i would. Misdiagnosed me and it almost cost me my life.

I can’t ever get an appointment that’s not a month out. And getting a refill seems to be impossible. I repeatedly have to call the Dr office, for days, to get a refill. Even after the pharmacy sent several fax for the refill. Looking for another Dr now.

I found everyone pleasant. Busy office. Dr. Pardo and his assistants are nice

Dr. R. Pardo has been our doctor for about 30 yrs. He has been very good to us. His assistant, Conchita is fantastic. I wouldn't think if going anywhere else. We don't usually wait longer then 20-25 minutes to see him. We love him and he loves us.

When I called to set the appointment I explained to them I've already been seen by an orthopedic doctor and was diagnosed with carpal tunnel in both hands so had the orders to have nerve testing done. Not only did I have to wait two weeks to be seen they also set me up with a doctor that wouldn't even be the one who does the testing so I had to reschedule for Dr Pardo. (Another two weeks from appointment date btw) They call to tell me he won't be in the day of my appointment a week later so I will have to reschedule again and of course no available no times for another week. Needless to say I am going to another clinic. Although the staff was polite I wouldn't recommend this office. I was very disappointed in my experience with this doctor. The tests that needed to be done somehow did not happen. My followup visit was scheduled for 9:00 and sat there until 11:30. People kept going in and I just sat there. I asked the receptionist what was going on and was told I was next. When I finally got in to a room, I was told he was busy giving shot for headaches. By the time I had enough, it was after noon. Thinking I had the first appointment and waiting all this time was terrible. All together, a very unpleasant experience. In the beginning, I thought Dr. Pardo was a God sent. He took time to review my medical records as well as with me. He was never in any apparent rush. As time went on, my calls went unanswered. I'm not calling to harass anyone. im calling because I need something that I cant provide for my self. Because if I could, damn it I would. Hate relying on anyone, for anything. Ask anyone I know. I hate to ask for any damn thing, takes a lot for me to. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis is 2012. I was currently seeing a neurologist who felt that I didn’t have MS. Therefore, I went to Dr. Pardo for a second opinion. At my 1st appt, after careful review of all my records, he confirmed that I did indeed have MS. He automatically got things started, as far as treatment gos. Things were great for a long while, well til recently......... Recently I began exacerbating. My whole left side was numb and my whole right side was weak. So weak that I was dragging my foot when I walked. His office got me in the same day. (so thankful for that) He ordered a round of IV steroids to be administered via home health nurse. Well due to the amount of the medication home heath was unable to administer med. Week past. Pardo then was able to get me into the hospital to get my steroid infusions. Upon discharge, I specifically asked if i were to receive some steroids in order to taper down from a 1000mg of solumedrol. Per doctor at hospital, Dr Pardo did not give order for that. When asked if I remember receiving steroids upon my last stay in the hospital for the same thing, told them, 'I could honestly not remember'. No steroids received. I was doing ok for about a week. Then out of no where, I felt like I was on fire. Called and called Pardo's office, no answer. I know they have caller ID because they were able to know it was me a time or two before I even said anything. I hope no one else has to face what I experienced. I hate that I have this condition where I'm at the mercy of others. Continued to call, Finally got someone on the line. Got in the next day. Told Dr Pardo how I felt. He immediately wanted to up my Lyrica. Immediately asked for a tapering dose of steroids, he answered 'No'. I was able to get in to see my primary care provider the next day, where she prescribed me a tapering dose of steroids. OMG, within 24 hours, all burning was gone. I would still be in the same boat if it weren't for the fact that I'm a RN. Knew what I needed and didn't stop til I got it. What do the others do? So sad. I've decided to change neurologist but there's a couple months wait before I'm able to see him and I need a refill on a couple meds. So I proceeded to call several times, no answer. Even had my fiancé to call. No answer. (Forgot that my name is on the AT&T account, so my name shows up for both phones) So i had my sister and my friend to call just to make sure I'm not trippin. Both got an answer. I was so taken back by that. Couldn't believe it. Guess its expected. Look at the world we live in.
