Dr. De La Cruz only chooses to see patients after he reads a referal from your Primary Doctor..This does NOTHING for the patient in need of help.. I guess a paper is enough to figure what the FULL issue is
Mindy, Nurse Practitioner, who cared for me, was very kind and knowledgeable regarding a recurring UTI.
Same experience as 1 star review. I have advanced chronic Lyme (insect borne group name) Disease symptoms, Dr. De La Cruz was referred, but he would not accept an appointment, instead passing my case off to another doctor in St. Louis, where I cannot travel. Trying to find anyone connected with the Barnes - Jewish / Washington University system actually interested in seeing and treating patients seems to be a futile effort. I will have to look elsewhere, wasting even more time!

I called to get an evaluation for my Lyme disease , his receptionist was extremely rude! He after reviewing my demographics, had the receptionist call me & referred me to Washington university! I asked her why?? She replied Because he said so!! Terrible!! I'm going to tell everyone about my horrible experience with this Dr. !!!!!!
