Doesn’t listen to concerns, kind of rude, can’t even call a prescription in to the right place causing me to drive back and forth across town trying to find it since their offices close by the time I’m off work. Take your kid somewhere else if you can, we will be.

We LOVE Dr. Mapes, but her staff is absolutely terrible. The nurse and receptionist are rude and will talk about your child right in front of you and act as if you can’t tell. The nurse never returns calls, the receptionist will try to sway you to not bring your child in and make you feel like your concerns for your child are not validated. Dr. Mapes as taken care of my children for 24 years. She is thoughtful, thorough, and always goes the extra mild to make them feel comfortable and heard. She puts a mother's mind at ease.

Dr. Mappes is a joke. She will not prescribed any sort of psychotropic medications. She will not treat ADHD or sleep issues. She will not do vaccinations. Basically if you want a half-ass doctor, she's your girl. I have never seen a more useless doctor.

She yanked my one year old nephews neck around and yelled at him to stay still good luck on getting a one year old to stay still

Awful place!!!! Does not return phone calls and refuses to give med refills for a hypertension child. Had to go all the way to Little Rock to get help. If your child is over 5 she does not care her passion is gone. I fired them and I do not want to leave a one star but unfortunately it won't post unless I do

We had tried EVERYTHING! Our family doctor could not determine what was wrong with my child. We took him to children's in LR and even with a team of doctors they could not figure out what was wrong with my son. So many tests had been run and nobody knew nothing. Meanwhile my son was having digestion issues and everything he would eat would make him sick and weak. It was so bad we had to medically get it to where he would attend only a half day of jr. high because he could not make it a full day. All I could do was worry. I even changed his diet completely vegetarian and it did nothing. I switched to a pediatrician, Dr. Mapes, and on our very first visit, she ran a test no one else had thought to do, and found the issue. My son is fine and healthy. She is the truth! We had tried EVERYTHING! Our family doctor could not determine what was wrong with my child. LOVE her and her team!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this place dr mapes has been amazing with both of my kids.

My son was cared for and she was very informational. I am lucky to have found such a good ped doc.

I wrote a bad review recently about Dr. Mapes. I was very upset and angry when I wrote it. Today I decided to try her one more time and it was a much better experience all around.

1st visit was great! I thought she really cared and knew what she was doing. 2nd visit was VERY disappointing. She lied about what she would do for my granddaughter. Another for the long list of people who are in a position to help and have not. Now my 4 month old granddaughter weighs less than 8lbs and is obviously failing to thrive. I will ask them all the same question: what if it were your child?!? Do not make empty threats when you have no intention of following through.

They have no tolerance for parents who choose not to get vaccines for their children. Its one thing if the policy is set, but a scare tactic, saying "your baby will die from not having immunizations", that's going to far! Then winking at the mother, suggesting that I force my opinions on her! Really?!
