Excellent doctor. He fixes the problem and not just the symptoms. Explains everything. Highly recommend for yourself or for your elderly parent.

Dr. Ciubuc is the "doctor" for Franklin Heights Rehab in EP. We believe he fabricated an infection in my father's surgery incision to keep him there another week. The extra 7 days just happened to coincide with the last day Medicare would fully pay for my father's rehab. (We took my father out BTW.) Now he's billing my father's insurance for DAILY visits. He stopped by maybe twice the whole time and sent his NP the rest of the time. Do your family a favor and find another doctor and a better rehab facility! One star is ONE TOO MANY for this guy. Nice man, very patient with his patients. Highly recommend!

Explains things thoroughly and analyzes medicine to effectively prescribes. Doesn't make you wait hours to see him.....very professional.

Very knowledgeable physician, knows what he is doing, gives you the time needed in each appointment and maybe some rational is not comprehended by his patients but he is the physician and when orders are followed the prognosis is positive and correct diagnosis. Best physician experience as well with his staff and nurse practitioner Mrs.shannon Kelsey. Very highly recommended physician and staff.

In nursing rehab home. Failed personal initial assessment, therefore failed to prescribe blood thinner after pelvic injury, blamed on referring hosp. Supervision of rx whole at rehab next to nil.

My father passed away and after 14 days he still has not signed the death report! My family is very upset as we have not been able to have him cremated and have a service. The funeral home finally contacted hospice and had the case transferred to a different doctor. This is totally unacceptable, irresponsible and disrespectful to my father and the family.

My 87 year old friend always had to wait from 2 to 3 hrs for the Dr to see her and some times he was so busy that his assistant will see her. There was no consideration at all, They knew she had diabetes. I had a power of attorney to find out about her condition regarding Alzheimer's and he got so mad that he told me to leave because I was asking questions on the report he did when he diagnosed her with this disease. He told me I was questioning his credentials. I had my doubts since she cooks, cleans her apartment, does her laundry, goes on the city bus to buy her groceries, etc.... Now, She is happy because the new Doctor at least respects her appointment, he is punctual and sees her personally. 87 yr old lady with diabetes had to wait more than 2 hrs most of her visits with him. Even though I had a power of attorney for her medical records, He did not answer any of my questions and told me to leave the office because I was questioning his credentials. I was concerned about the medicine she was taking because I know she could have side effects. Plus, my friend did all the cleaning in her apartment, did the grocery shopping by herself and use the city bus.
