She doesn't make me feel rushed, answers all questions in terms that are easy for the layman to understand

Dr. Verma cares for her patients. She is amazing. She listens, she ask questions, she takes her time and she cares about you. Love her!! Great human being.

Having been a patient for the past 5 years her office and her care have gone down in quality of care. I only have sleep apnea and she has done nothing to help me sleep better. The last sleep study was horrible with no sleep and the machine making so much water in tubing I felt I was drowning. They didn't have new mask to use so I still had my personal nasal one which hasn't been working. They ordered a new machine but the settings are wrong and neither the doctor nor office will respond back. I'm currently looking for a doctor who knows sleep apnea and that will follow up. Their portal system is a joke because they don't respond back. I give them from the 4 stars when I first started to ZERO stars due to lack of care

This place have the worst customer service and never get back With their patients

The only reason I give her one star is because you cannot give zero stars. This is the worse doctor’s office I have ever dealt with. No one knows what they are doing or calls you back. I have been trying to get a new CPAP machine for SIX months! I can’t get a straight answer from anyone there. I still do not have any idea when I will ever get my machine. The doctor promised two weeks ago someone would call me back. I am still waiting. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The only reason I give her one star is because you cannot give zero stars. Dr Verma has been my husband’s pulmonologist for many years. I can’t say enough good things about her. She truly cares for her patients & takes as much time as she needs with him. She’s seen that he has all the proper equipment at home for him too. She always has responded in a timely manner. She’s my dr too for my sleep apnea. There’s no one. I would rather have as my doctor or my husband’s dr. I trust her decisions explicitly as my husband has been critical many times. On May 26 I had a breathing test at Dr Vermas Pulmanary lab. The pulmanary tech was so kind & patient. She explained everything completely before she did each procedure. She was very caring & she really made the breathing test seem very easy. She was a wonderful person. Thank you so much. On the 27 of May Dr. Velma did a vertual follow up visit. Her office staff called me before the appointment time & helped me get set up for my visit with Dr. Velma. She was very helpful & very patient . The visit with Dr. Verma went well. Dr. Verma is the absolute kindest, most knowledgeable Dr. there is. I have never been in a Dr, office where the entire staff is so kind & helpful. Dr, Verma, Your staff is AMAZING & so are you. The staff and nurses are very helpful here in preparing everything for when the doctor sees me Dr Verma is excellent at what she does and keeps me informed if my appointments on the sleep apnea machine that I have

I'm not one to write reviews. But I feel the need to have my experience known. Dr. Verma is an angel. I have never been to a doctor as caring as Dr. Radhika Verma. She is never in a rush and I never feel shortchanged. The first time I met her she spent 30 minutes with me asking me all sorts of questions about my medical history, looking at charts, looking at my different medications and their interactions. I have been used to being on the patient assembly line with doctors coming in and out as quickly as possible. Now, there has been an instance where I had to wait 30 to 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. But when Dr Verma walk in, she gives you her full attention. My seething rage was calmed in a minute as she came in and asked about my health and took her time. I get it that the system is messed up. There is too much paper work, the administrative staff are always stretched to the limiit and sometimes there may be someone who suffers more than me that may have needed a last minute appointment. Dr. Verma was professional, thorough, and very compassionate. She offered some helpful accommodations upon finding out that I am on the autism spectrum. Her staff were friendly and efficient. Seeing I was struggling on my cane, one of her office girls brought me her own chair as I was waiting to check out. She made a stressful experience more pleasant. I would recommend this doctor highly to anyone. Dr. Verma was professional, thorough, and very compassionate. Dr Verma is always patient in listening to me and thorough in addressing all of my concerns.

Dr. Verma is excellent, but only AFTER unacceptable wait times to see her. After waiting the last time just over 1.5 hours for the pre-check with the nurse (take BP, etc.), I left. I knew from multiple past visits that after the nurse finished, I would be sitting another 45 min. or so in the exam room waiting for Dr. Verma, totaling over 2 hours before seeing her. This was my fourth visit to her practice, so I feel this to be normal. The office front staff explanation was 'it's because she is so popular'. Of course, no medical office staff would ever admit 'It's because we over book'. Additionally, I have never been able to get an estimate of the wait time at any of my appointments. I find this to be extremely disrespectful of the value of a patient's time, and the 'word' appointment' at this office is a total oxymoron.

Pathetic, incompetent people work here, go see someone else anybody else anywhere else.

Dr. Verma and Staff are simply the best Pulmonary Practice in the world...ever.

She is really the best doctor I've had. Compassionate, listens, goes extra mile for her patients

She is the best Pulmonary Dr. in this area. She takes time to explain every thing to you. I'b be lost without her.

I found this Dr. warm, compassionate, and extremely focused on what I was saying to her. She "wanted" to make me feel better. I would recommend Dr. Verma to anyone who needs this type of care.

Dr. Verma has been my physician for 2 years for COPD. Her treatment plans made an immediate positive impact on my life. I haven't felt this good in years. Highly recommend.

Dr Verma is exceptional in the way she spends as much time as needed with each patient! I left there with all of my questions and concerns answered.

Doctor is very good, love Dr Verma. Dr Verma tells you never let money keep you from your appointments. Well the office manager doesn't get that message because she will turn you away. Won't even work with you on co-payments, like hey I can pay on payday. It takes weeks to get in, and then your turned away for a $30 co-payment

Have sleep apnea and visited here for my case with Dr. Verma. Very little to zero follow up after extensive testing. Still struggling with issue. Also when I've called I was left on hold for near 7 minutes. Just not acceptable any longer.

Nice lady. Decent Doctor. Her office manager Clara doesn't even qualify as a human being. Just a nasty evil person who treats Dr Verma's patients like garbage. Why does she keep her? Good question!!!

I love Dr. Verma, she seems very caring, and says call any time having difficulty. I believe her to be very thorough. Front desk person does need some more professionalism. Seems cold to patients.

Dr. Verma is an excellent pulmonologist. She is up to date on all the latest medicines and therapies to treat lung disease. She is very professional. I have had to wait a long time after my appointment time to see her, but is always worth the wait. I feel she takes a lot of time with her patients. I know she does with me. I highly recommend her!

I met with Dr. Verma last week for the first time as a patient and I was very impressed with all aspects of the practice. She has great bedside manner and was very thorough with her examination and understanding of my medical history. The staff was professional and got me through all of my diagnostic testing and results in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dr. Verma!

Dr. Verma is very professional but also caring and considerate of the patient. She listens to the patient and spares no effort in finding a successful solution to their problems.

Very long waiting time in office,not sure if it's worth it. When the dr. Has emergencies( I use) problems and is running late,the office staff should inform the patient that the dr. Is one and one half hours too two hours behind. This gives the patient the opportunity to re schedule without sitting for an hour and a half only too have to leave and re schedule. Very poor. I was tired and sick,I re scheduled( waiting from April till June) for next appointment.

I did not personally meet with this doctor, but since this practice is listed with her as the primary interest, I will state with absolute disgust, this practice is dreadful. They did not follow through at all with testing results or follow up with treatment. Nearly 6 months later I am still in limbo with them with zero resolution.. I will note they did get their several thousands from insurance and co pays.. Do you know what I have... I have to start over with another doctor.
