If I could leave less than 1/5 stars, I would. I’m 28 years old and I had a Arteriovenous malformation in my brain. It ruptured and then they had to put a stunt in. 3 days later, I had AVM surgery. Dr. Radhika Bapineedu was the attending dr at West Orange and I never saw her. I was transferred to west orange facility immediately after and I’ve never seen her. I would not refer anyone to see her.

Dr. Radhika Bapineedu did not attend to my father for over 5 hours even though our family and the nurse and his occupational therapist called her to say he was having stroke symptoms. He indeed had a stroke in the hospital (kessler rehab in west orange, nj), under her care (or rather lack of care). She sent another doctor in her stead 5 hours later...and then she came to visit 7 hours later but did not do a neurology exam as she felt the nurse assistant could 'handle' it. I personally call this pure and blatant negligence. It was soon proven through an MRI (that we as family insisted upon) that my father had had a stroke. So, so unfortunate. I highly recommend that you ask for a different doctor if you are assigned Dr. Radhika Bapineedu.
