I don't know where all these negative reviews are coming from. Dr. Keesling is amazing. She really cares. I'm not sure what people are looking for in a Dr. if they don't like her. Wonder Woman perhaps? She's a great Dr. and the hospital is nice.

Someone needs to pull her license. She dismissed the recommendations of multiple specialists over the course of three years. I recently switched to another provider outside of UCHealth. Malpractice!!! Hard to take medical advice from someone who is so unhealthy herself! Was misdiagnosed by this “doctor”. I was told I had a disease that I have ZERO symptoms. Switched doctors and we had a good laugh at her “diagnosis”. He was able to take care of my issue within 5 mins. This was my first and last experience with UCHealth. Malpractice!!! As others have stated in past reviews, my fiancé and I scheduled appointments for our preventative annual visits in October. We were billed instead for office visits. Their reasoning: medical history was reviewed during the visit, which is not considered preventative… what? I’d advise against going to this Dr’s practice. If I or others cannot discuss medical history with a provider for fear of being overcharged, I hope Dr. Keesling revisits this practice in favor of patient health soon. Awful physician! I saw her for thigh pain. We determined is was likely a nerve problem so she ordered x-rays of the femur, hip and lower back. She told me I would receive a call to discuss the results. I had the x-rays done on Friday morning and much to my surprise the x-ray tech reviewed and finalized them by noon the same day. I did not receive a call that day from Dr. Keesling but that was OK. I expected a call on Monday but by the afternoon, no call, so I called the office and was assured I would receive that day. No one ever called. On Tuesday I called the office and said I wanted a call THAT DAY and I wasn't happy that Dr. Keesling still hadn't called me. I was assured my message would be sent to Dr. Keesling as urgent. I also said if I didn't receive a call, I would need to find a different doctor. No one ever called me. During this 5-day period I was in EXTREME pain and it was difficult to stand and walk. Never have I received such thoughtless service from a physician. Time to find a new primary physician who cares. Dr. Keesling listened thoroughly and asked questions. She ordered the tests I needed and then met with me to discuss how to move forward. I don't know what more I could ask for in a doctor!

bills people for non annual visits when is an annual visit as a cash grab.

Terribly mean people. Won't help you at all, don't even listen to what you are actually telling them just repeat themselves over and over.... feels like you're talking to Indian chat support for Samsung that doesn't understand a word you're saying.

These people are terrible. Don't go to Rachel Keesling for anything. Her or her office will code your visit for something that it wasn't, so then when your insurance doesn't cover it, you are stuck with the bill.

Seems like no one here knows how to do their jobs, you'll get billed for what should've been billed to the insurance. And you'll likely have a hard time getting your important medicine because they won't send it in to anyone to get filled or paid for by insurance.

Although my annual well-visit with Dr. Keesling went well, I was shocked to receive a bill for ALL of the tests, totalling close to $1000! I switched to Dr. Keesling after my previous doctor retired, and have always had my glucose, cholesterol and metabolic panel labwork paid for through the annual well visit benefit. I called the billing department and was told that Dr. Keesling would need to change the billing codes in order to have the labwork paid for. I wrote a letter, as did the billing department, but Dr. Keesling would not change the billing codes. I am a believer in annual check-ups in order to catch anything that might have come up in the previous year. However, when even the routine tests are charged to me when I have a well-visit benefit, I am not sure that I can afford to go to the doctor. I don't recommend a single provider in all of UCHEALTH. They will not bill correctly, they will not give you the time of day. Only enough time to shove some pills down your throat then charge you 700. But don't worry if there is actually a medicine that helps you and you need a prior authorization, they will NOT do it fast and efficiently. They will forget about you because there's more important things to do. THE WORST health care system in the country. ANYWHERE is better. I don't recommend a single provider in all of UCHEALTH. Dr. Keesling is so kind, caring and attentive. She listens VERY carefully to what you're saying and will ask questions. Together, a plan is put in place, then she does a follow up. I've been really comfortable with her and I'm so blessed to have found her after not seeing a doctor for 10 years.

I am so happy with Dr. Keesling! I never feel rushed with my appointment. She takes the time to listen to all my concerns, shares her opinion, and together make a plan. She values my input and takes it into consideration making decisions. She is very knowledgeable and thorough . Excellent choice for a doctor!

Friendly, focused, and professional. Dr. Keesling listened carefully to what I had to say. The entire office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I'm glad I found this physician and this office.
