Dr H was accessible on short notice to evaluate a presumed eyelid infection. She examined the condition thoroughly and provided a diagnosis w/ treatment protocols. Problem solved w/ near immediate positive results.

The office tech that did some of my testing was not very knowledgeable on procedures. Dr Hollenbeck diagnosed me with a hereditary disease and explained vaguely what the disease was and then wrote it on a sticky note and gave me. She recommended drops that would make a current condition, diagnosed by an Ophthalmologist, worse. Paid out of pocket to get 2nd opinion. No response from office manager when I called back with questions. Only went to her because of new insurance.
