Dr. Puthalath Koroth Raghuprasad

Dr. Raghuparadsad and his staff are friendly and professional at all times. Questions are answered quickly and Dr. Raghuparadsad takes time to fully examine patients and to understand issues that they are experiencing. When patients walk in the receptionist knows their names without asking. The office is that kind of office where patients are treated well, not hurried and pushed through the office quickly. They care about patient health and I can 100 percent recommend that you see Dr. Raghuparasad if you have asthma or allergies.

After several appointments, I was sent a bill for nearly $200, stating I didn't have a referral on file. I asked why no one had told me this on the first instance, but they blamed my PCP (who has always sent referrals). Everyone I've talked to (PCP & benefits coordinator) couldn't believe a doctor would continue seeing a patient w/o having a referral. I've had appointments take up to 5 hours. The waiting room's furniture is dilapidated and gross. I will never go back.

At first, my son did really well with Dr. Raghuprasad. But then, they started misplacing his lab results and taking the wrong breathing and skin test, which they had to re-administer. My son is 7 years old and we live 3 hours away! I don't know what has happened, but I don't want to send my son back. I have requested a copy of his records 3 times over the phone and have had his physician request a copy of my son's records also, and they have yet to send them to us! Go somewhere else!

Dr. Raghuprasad is an excellent doctor. When I went to see him, I was a mess physically and emotionally. I was getting hives even by drinking water. Dr. Raghuprasad did skin tests and other tests until he found out exactly what was wrong. I feel 100% better and I am looking good. No more breakout. I feel like he saved my life. I recommend him to anyone with immune/allergy issues, he's wonderful. The staff is amazing kind friendly and compassionate. I love having them to help me.

Last year I developed something that was scary and bizarre. I had been restricted to just eating 2 boiled eggs a day because my body was reacting with hives, I was an emotional mess by the time I found him. I was referred to him by a patient of his. Dr. Raghuprassad knew what was wrong with me in the 1st visit after my skin testing. He's an amazing doctor. He's very intelligent, caring, polite and thorough. Dr. Raghuprassad cares about his patients. He wants us to feel our best. I recommend him

I had no problem getting an appointment with the doctor. However, his staff who scheduled the appointment never told me that I needed to be off all allergy meds in order to have allergy testing. In addition, my appointment was scheduled for 2:30 and did not end until 6:15. I spent the majority of the time waiting in 3 different patient rooms. I was also charged $50 for inhaler 'training' which took all of about 1 minute. I left the office after paying $440 without knowing anything more related to my medical issue. I am canceling my follow up appointment.

Dr. Raghuprasad is a good allergist and has helped me a lot. Molly, his wife and office manager, has been extremely rude many times to me and has treated the other office employees badly in front of patients. As a result of Molly, they have a huge turnover. He needs to get her out of the office and the office would run much more smoothly.
