Dr. Gross is the best doctor that I have seen in a very long time. She not only listens she cares. I would recommend Dr. Gross to any of my family or friends.

Dr. Gross is not a doctor that I would recommend. I asked for a referral because of an ongoing issue that I'm dealing with; never received; sprain my ankle; she told her CMA to give me the ace bandage instead of wrapping my ankle; I was appalled. I nicely told her that I didn't appreciate how I was treated; her answer, "well maybe you should see someone else". Thank you Dr. Gross because that's definitely what I did. The best family doctor I’ve ever seen! Highly recommend.

Dr. Gross has been wonderful to get to know over the past 3 years. We see her for all 3 of my children. She actively listens to my concerns and my children’s concerns (this is teaching them independence, confidence and autonomy with their health), willing to research and reach out to colleagues for medical issues as needed and checks on the whole family during visits (even though my husband and I go to a different doctor). We love Dr. Gross.

Welcome to my horror story... I moved back to Charlotte and the doctor i use to see retired. So, I went and got a new one. Dr.Gross... I was having a server stomach issue. Dr.Gross insisted it was all in my head, and that I needed to change my diet. I did change my diet completely, and the issues continued, and got worse. I continued to see Dr.Gross in hopes she would see, this was not all in my head and hoped I could get some REAL answers other than it being all in my head. My stomach issue got so bad I had to miss multiple days from work on multiple occasions. My work was very strict on missing days. I asked Dr.Gross to write me a doctors note for the day prior, and for that day. She agreed. I got home to notice that the note said only one day. When I kindly returned to point out the mistake, she treated me like a deranged mental patient. When I informed her via the Novant inbox that I needed the note by the end of the day or else I'd lose my job, it informed me she read the message, and never wrote me back. I poured my heart out to my workforce managers who typically have no mercy, but was given extra time to get my note. I had to beg the doctors office to fix. I almost lost my job. I asked if she could assist me in getting FMLA for my condition so that my job would not be at risk. She said, we don't do that due to it just being in my head. 5 MONTHS OF THIS... I decided it was time to get a 2nd opinion. I went to a new doctor who recommended some urine, and blood work on my first visit. A few days later i was informed that I had a bacteria in my stomach that if left unattended to, could have lead to CANCER!!!!! I was immediately placed on FMLA, was excused from work for almost two weeks while taking bed rest, and meds to assist. A few weeks later I was much better. Dr.Gross was the worst experience in my life. It was honestly torture If I would have listened to her, there is no telling where I'd be right now. Honestly, she had me fooled for a while that it was all in my head to the point where it made me feel like I was losing my mind and didn't know what was wrong with me. I thank God that I got a second opinion. Your health is nothing to joke with, and it should be taken seriously. I felt like I was a joke. She showed me no mercy in a time of desperate need. Dr. Gross listens to your concerns and truly cares about how you’re feeling. I feel like she is always learning new things and is invested in her patients care.

Dr. Gross is an awesome practitioner! She care's deeply about the needs of her patients and diligently provides the best care possible. She's responsive and open to patient concerns.
