Dr. Patel is a wonderful and patient man. Him, personally I'd give 5 stars all day. I was not impressed with the billing department and their attitude. The "billing manager" was less than polite. I guess I had an outstanding balance from 3 months ago. Sending a $20 bill to collections after ZERO statements were sent to me, the patient, is absurd. I was treated horribly and I will not be returning as a patient. Thanks for knocking my credit when I've been working my tail off to fix my scores. Make sure you check your billing, closely. I would like to thank Dr.Patel and his staff. The proper medications seem to be working very well for my condition. It has been a struggle to find a good Doctor to help me for my Urticaria. Almost 1week today without hives. I had them everyday for 4 months. Thank you...

Excellent care by Dr. Patel and staff. Friendly, thorough explanation of diagnosis and treatment plan. Allergy issues have improved. Highly recommend.

Dr Patel takes time to explain and allow for questions regarding his findings. Also Dr Patel’s staff at his Commerce is top notch. They are always willing to help and are very attentive. The Staff is INCREDIBLE!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for many years. I recommended him to all of my family and friends. He takes the time to listen to concerns and explain conditions and treatments.

Dr. Patel and staff are very friendly and demonstrated a high level of care. Wait times were minimal and I never felt rushed. Dr. Patel listened to my concerns, asked questions, and explained different treatments. Even our young children, who hate needles, don't mind going to his office. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff to everyone.

Dr. Patel is a great doctor. I highly recommend him and his practice. The staff are very nice.

I have been struggling with bronchitis like issues for 2 months. I finally decided to find an allergist. I found Dr Patel. He came with very high reviews so I called and made an apt. It was the best decision I could have made. I went in to the office and the staff was and has been absolutely amazing...all of them! Dr Patel came in and talked to me, I would have thought that I have known him for years, that is how great his bedside manner is. After testing, he explained thoroughly my issues and the options for treatment. After I got home, he called me directly to talk about some other results. He asked me to send pictures of other reactions should I have any. I did have more reactions. I sent the pictures the following morning and literally within minutes, he was calling me again to explain the results. I could tell you how knowledgeable and kind he is, but really, words would not do justice. Do yourself a favor, look no further for yourself or family.

Best doc in the area! Yes-he’s an amazing allergy doctor, but he’s so much more than that. Trained and knowledgeable in many other areas, I wish I could have him for all my medical needs. Wonderfully caring, Dr. Patel takes care of my entire family...whether allergies, colds, or other sinus/asthma issues. Love him!!

Dr. Patel is such amazing dr. along with all his staff. He got me in right away when my heart dr recommend me to get in to see Dr. Patel sooner then my original appt was.

I absolutely love Dr. Patel. My daughter is severely asthmatic and he is the only dr. That got her asthma under control. He makes time for her and when she was admitted to hospital, I had left him a message about her being admitted and he came by to aee her in the hospital, eventho it was a weekend. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I absolutely love Dr. Patel and his staff. I treated us right away and knew exactly what our health issues were. Best of all, he made me feel like family. I will definitely see him again in the future.

Dr. Patel and the rest of the staff are wonderful. They are patient and very helpful, especially for a new patient that doesn't know the process in an allergy clinic. Dr. Patel is willing to look at all ideas and suggestions. He provided me with a lot of good information and fit me into his schedule after I had a sudden unexpected allergic reaction and was admitted to the hospital. I was told to go directly to his office when I was discharged. I did exactly that and did not have to wait forever. He was quick but also very thorough. Dr. Patel took the time to talk to me, answer my questions,and come up with an agreeable treatment plan. Dr. Patel and the rest of the staff are wonderful. Very organized office and great staff. I miss coming here!! I will be back in a few months when I’m back in Michigan!!

Very kind. Got to the root of my problem fast!!! So thankful my primary doc sent me to him!!!

Can’t say enough about this dr I’m 44 and you don’t see dr like Patel anymore he takes his time talks and very thorough.

Very personable and determined to get to the root of the issue. Moved my daughter Gross Pointe Allergy and Asthma to him and I don't regret it.

Dr. Patel is probably one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is my daughter's allergy speciaist. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable & does not try to rush you out as most doctors do. He takes his time to explain everything and he is very thorough. I would highly recommend to anyone!
