A very caring and kind dr… also extremely skilled. I had an ERCP done to remove a stone in my bile duct after a gall bladder removal and he came to my hospital room and explained everything in detail …even drawing fantastic pictures ! Upon finishing he showed me pictures and was very excited to have come across a unique situation when doing the procedure! He placed a stent and I had it removed 3 weeks later. During this period I had a trip to ER for a Diverticulitis attack and when he learned I was there he came in to visit me and was quite concerned about my health. Warm and friendly, kind and caring to my 96 yr old mother. Kept me informed even called me himself after hours to give me test results, that's unusual to hear directly from a doctor and after office hours!

Recently I had a colonoscopy procedure at Southern Indiana Physicians Group with Dr. Ghosh and had an excellent experience. Dr. Ghosh performed a colonoscopy procedure for me eleven years ago and I especially requested him to be my doctor again for the procedure. From the moment I entered the building, the medical staff were so professional and treated me like royalty. Having this procedure is so IMPORTANT for people. The clean out process is not very much fun, but knowing your colon health status is worth the 12-24 hours of being uncomfortable. If you need this procedure, Dr. Ghosh is the BEST and all at the Physicians Group are there to help you. Dr Ghosh is the best doc in the Southern Indiana Physicians Gastroenterology group. He came highly recommended to me, and I am glad I listened to my friends. He is warm and friendly, takes time to listen to your concerns and takes time to explain things and answer your questions. The morning of my procedure he put me at ease with this demeanor and his knowledge of what we had discussed previously. Go get your colonoscopy! Very professional

Dr Ghosh showed nothing but care and compassion every time I saw him. As a student at IU with UC, he really took the time to know my case personally and listened to all my symptoms and concerns in order to find the best treatment plan for me. So glad I found him!

Dr. Ghosh is a wonderful, caring, compastionate doctor. I would trust no one else to do a better job. However, his reception staff is rude and condesending. I have never been treated so rudely by a professional staff ever.

Dr. Ghosh is awesome. He has been treating me for ulcerative colitis for a couple of years now. He has worked closely with my oncologist with other health issues I have. He takes the time to listen to you and explains things thoroughly to you. The only issue I have is since there have been changes with their medical group it's harder to talk to his actual nurses or receptionist. You can't always get past the person that answers the phone.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Ghosh, he is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and considerate of your needs. His office staff is awesome; the nurses, the receptionists are all very professional and truly care about your health. I'm so appreciative that we have Dr. Ghosh and his staff here in Bloomington. It's stressful when you have health issues but knowing they are right here and doing all they can makes life easier. Thank You so very much..............

Always has a smile. Makes you feel comfortable when you're cold,thirsty, hungry and afraid before procedure. Dr. Ghosh is my favorite ! The nurses are also great.
